Both were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and provided that and only that. I told them I don't like the sales game and I wanted their best price on the first offer. I was very happy with the price and am very happy with the whole experience thus far.

We were able to sit down and talk with the general manager (Joe) and express any and all of our concerns regarding the vehicle we purchased. He gave us peace of mind and treated us very fair. My husband and I really appreciated how he took his time explaining all of our options yet at the same time he was very prompt in finding the answers to our many questions. We definitely recommend this dealership and highly recommend going to Joe Provvidenza if you have any concerns!

Came to Cortese from a friend who referred us. Could not have been more happy with our purchase of a new Ram truck. Joe Provvidenza went above and beyond by explaning to us what separated his trucks from the competition, espically for towing purposes. When we arrived at the dealership, Anna did an amazing job of making the process went very smoothly, as we had our two young children with us. She really made sure that she explained all the features of the truck to us and answered all of our questions. Dan in finance was great in explaining what we were signing, and the great rate he found worked to our favor. This dealership is the place to go if you are in the market to buy a vehicle. Not once did it feel pressured, and you are really valued as a customer. Will be back in the future to buy another vehicle from them-thanks to all!!

The dreaded car buying experience. You will NOT find that at Cortese Dodge. Our experience was very positive. We were treated respectfully and all the staff was very friendly and professional. We worked with Anna(sales), Josh(sales), Josh(financing), and Joe(sales manager). They all did their job very well as they laid out the pros and cons of some of the final decisions we had to make.

Their selection is great. They had a large assortment and had what we were looking for. We worked with Anna over the phone on the details of the purchase.

We were concerned about driving over 100 miles and possibly having to deal with your typical bad apple car dealer and finding out the deal changed when we got there. This was NOT the case at all. It was just the opposite. Dealerships like yours will hopefully change the old negative perceptions of the car buying experience.

Thank you for making the car buying experience pleasurable. Treating potential customers like you treated us will help you grow your business and sell lots of vehicles.

Their pricess were the lowest I found and the selection was outstanding. Tom Fogg helped me find the right vehicle (chrysler town & country)for my family. Great dealership. Great customer service. Reasonable service prices. Friendly and flexible service. Always willing to go an extra mile for the customer. Only problem is their parts inventory policy: they rarely have the necessary parts on hand - almost always need a follow up visit to complete a service call involving a replacement part.

Mr. Provvidenza went above and beyond our expectations. Great experience. The car is used and when we showed our family and friends they could not believe it was as old as it was because of the great detailing job they did. Joe even made sure we had a full tank of gas! Thank you!

I bought a new 2011 Dodge Charger and the sales staff was extremely helpful. They listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and took the time to explain all the vehicles they had that I would enjoy. After test driving the new 2011 Dodge Charger, I knew that was the car I wanted. They did not try to pressure me to purchase it right away. They took the time to discuss whether buying or leasing the car would be right for me. The whole time I did not feel any pressure to byt something I didn't want. I also traded in a vehicle in which they gave me the best price. This dealership gave me $3000 more for my trade in than the next closest one.
