Bought my second Lexus from Joe Robb, after 1st was totaled in an accident. (Thanks to Lexus for an extremely well built, safe car, I am still here). Joe remembered me from 8 years ago, and again provided top notch service finding a replacement Lexus. Fair pricing, understanding attitude, and a pleasure to work with. Will refer any others to him without hesitation.

Words cannot adequately describe the exceptional level of service provided us at Hennessy Lexus by Joe Robb and Tim Cox. Of course, we've bought several Lexuses there over the years, so it was just what we have come to expect at that dealership. Joe and Tim are always so gracious, bending over backwards to make our experience one we will never forget. They are prompt, courteous, have superior product knowledge, and always under promise and over deliver. In short, our recent experience in buying a new RX350 was just what we've come to expect at Hennessy Lexus. We will be back.
