Had an appointment to see a used Ridgeline was told extra clean got there wasn’t serviced and not detailed looked very poor and a 2 accidents on carfax. So we switched to a demo 23 Ridgeline , asked the mana clean got there wasn’t serviced and not detailed looked very poor and a 2 accidents on carfax. So we switched to a demo 23 Ridgeline , asked the manager the msrp was told it was 44k to 45k . Also was told the oil would be changed while I do paperwork. Needless to say they didn’t change the oil didn’t offer to go over the vehicle with me, handed the keys and said thx. The MSRP was 43700 the Maroney label was in a glove compartment when I got home. So lied to from the beginning until the end. Will not buy from them again! More

The service area is terrible. It used to be fantastic. I could make an appointment and know that my car would be ready in a few hours or that I could get a ride to where I needed to go. The last two times that I went I had an appointment, and was told that the appointment didn’t matter. I would just have to wait for as long as they needed to fix the car. I ended up having to get my car the next day because no one would give me any information and the car was never ready. I actually went and looked at a Subaru because I didn’t wanna go back to the Honda because of this service problem. Unfortunately the Subaru did not have the features I want so I’m back at Honda, but I will not be using this dealership for my service. More
