My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:
Excellent. I have purchased several vehicles from Infiniti of Lisle/Naperville. Just when I thought the purchasing experience couldn't get any better they've somehow managed to improve. They are not pushy, have a great selection, and helpful throughout the whole process. I spoke to Micah Basarich over the phone whom was knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point. He put me in touch with salesperson Ray Wolski whom again, was knowledgeable, forthcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Joe Tiberi, GM, took time to come out and engage in a great conversation about future Infiniti models and the move to their new exciting showroom in Naperville. The kicker though, was Ryan Indelicato, Delivery Specialist, who shows you everything you want to know about the vehicle and preps it with you. And I'm not talking about just showing you windshield wipers and heated seats. He will pair your phone with the car for both audio and phone. Configure your memory seats and pair the key fob with driver 1 and 2. He showed me some fantastic hidden shortcuts for programming GPS audio behavior, and key fob behavior. I consider myself to be a very technical person and was pleasantly surprised about things I would have missed, or eventually figured out 6 months from now. Adam Arliskas, a long time veteran of Infiniti of Lisle, now works as the finance manager and was superb at explaining everything and presenting options without being pushy. I WILL purchase from here again....in their new Naperville store!
