My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

My wife and I were in the market for a larger used vehicle w/ the soon arrival of twins. We shopped around the Naperville/Aurora area and found several options. We took a day off work to look at vehicles and had it planned out. Inifiti of Lisle-Naperville was the first stop. We were greeted by Patrick McLain who brought us into his office and spoke with us about our interest. After some delays, we were able take the vehicle for a test drive. We were impressed with it and the price, but noticed some issues w/ the body. I pointed these out to Pat and said i wasn't sure. I also said the price was pretty good, but it was high mileage and we had others to look at. But after speaking w/ him and eventually Joe Tiberi, we were able to agree on a price and they even were able to take a look at the issue I noticed and fix it up. The Service team swapped our plates and made sure it was all clean for pickup. I very much appreciated the care Pat took in making sure we were comfortable (wife was 30 wks pregnant and he offered beverages and snacks for her since we were approaching lunch; very nice touch!). Joe came in and also assisted w/ any questions and concerns we had and was very pleasant to work with and talk to. My wife and I appreciated the care took by the team and also the followup.

Needless to say, they stopped us from visiting the other dealerships on our list and vehicles I was interested in looking at because of their service and how they treated us (not to mention the great value of the vehicle). I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership and we will definitely be looking back here for our next vehicle purchase.

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

We have not bought a new car in 15 years and were apprehensive of the process of working with dealers but the transaction was smooth and we were treated fairly. All of the personnel we dealt with were very nice, informative and we did not feel pressured. The dealership is a top notch facility.So far we love our G37X.

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

I'm now in my 3rd Infiniti in the last 7 years. I brought my 2011 G37X in for an oil change and left in a new 2013 G37 IPL coupe after talking with Steve Johnson while waiting for the G37X to be serviced. As usual the experience was great and Steve, Ryan, Joe T., Hilary, Ryan and Christian were extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Infiniti if Naperville to other friends, family or colleagues. Great job gang!! Keep up the good work!

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

Had a wonderful experience buying a new Infiniti G37x sedan. The sales team was very professional, they listened to me, and they were willing to work with me to accomplish a deal. The team also picked up the baton and filled in seamlessly to complete the paperwork and deliver the car when my initial sales contact was called away unexpectedly. I would certainly recommend Infiniti of Naperville for anyone in the market.

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

Spoke to two employees via phone prior to arriving. Waited 15 minutes after Robert, who was supposed to meet us, was announced as not available and Micah met us.

In the meantime Mohammed greeted us and was very professional and accommodating the entire time. Micah also met us at that time and was extremely professional as well.

Joe managed the numbers with us. It was a less-than-transparent and rather confusing experience. This aspect has improvement needs.

Randy delivered a great product and was very professional and personable.

Note: the QX56 hood wasn't completely latched and it came loose on the way home on the highway. We pulled over and shut it without incident.

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

Excellent. I have purchased several vehicles from Infiniti of Lisle/Naperville. Just when I thought the purchasing experience couldn't get any better they've somehow managed to improve. They are not pushy, have a great selection, and helpful throughout the whole process. I spoke to Micah Basarich over the phone whom was knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point. He put me in touch with salesperson Ray Wolski whom again, was knowledgeable, forthcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Joe Tiberi, GM, took time to come out and engage in a great conversation about future Infiniti models and the move to their new exciting showroom in Naperville. The kicker though, was Ryan Indelicato, Delivery Specialist, who shows you everything you want to know about the vehicle and preps it with you. And I'm not talking about just showing you windshield wipers and heated seats. He will pair your phone with the car for both audio and phone. Configure your memory seats and pair the key fob with driver 1 and 2. He showed me some fantastic hidden shortcuts for programming GPS audio behavior, and key fob behavior. I consider myself to be a very technical person and was pleasantly surprised about things I would have missed, or eventually figured out 6 months from now. Adam Arliskas, a long time veteran of Infiniti of Lisle, now works as the finance manager and was superb at explaining everything and presenting options without being pushy. I WILL purchase from here again....in their new Naperville store!

Bill Haines was very friendly and hepful. He made the buying experience pleasant instead of high pressure. He has offered to follow up to get an answer on a question I have about the headlights. Ryan's training and demonstration has been extremely helpful and Ryan has been very nice to work with.

I negotiated trade in and new purchase over the phone - my preference. Joe Tiberi was professional and very responsive. Even more impressive he was willing to look for the car I wanted at other dealers, when there were none available at this dealership.
Joe Peters worked with me when I picked up and paid for the car - a pleasure to work with. Ryan demonstrated all my "new toys" to perfection. He really knows these cars and is very patient with the explanation.
Overall very good experience.
