Joe Vece at First Honda of Simi Valley

Went there because a friend referred me to Joe Vece. We were gonna lease a car and since Honda is one of the most reliable cars out there we decided to pay them a visit. Joe greeted us with a smile and a great attitude, determined to help us meet our needs. He had Albert show us some different cars and we found something we really liked. The whole process took quite some time (credit check and what not) but not at any point did it feel like we were "just waiting". They took really good care of us and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone at this dealership was great. I really felt that they cared about the car buying experience. I got a great deal, and a quick transaction. I was never left sitting and wondering what was going on, because they started by telling what would happen. They even got my iPhone paired to the Bluetooth before I left.
I hope the service department is as good, and I expect they will be.

We had a phenomenal purchasing experience on 11/14/12. We purchased a white 2013 Honda Pilot Ex-L. We negotiated the deal in advance online. We showed up and the process was painless. We were out of the store in two hours. Everyone was friendly and professional. The transaction was straight forward and honest. All of the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Everyone we dealt with at 1st Honda was pleasant, professional and very courteous. The test drive Albert had us do was comprehensive and highlighted all of the features of the 2012 Pilot.

I had owned a 2003 Pilot with 240,000 miles on it and liked the sturdiness of that car so was looking for a newer Pilot.

Joe & Albert went out of their way to answer all of our questions and presented several different financing options.

This is my 3rd car from First Honda every experience I have had there has been good. Hence, the reason I keep coming back. But this visit was extra special. First, I would love to give thanks to Joe Vece for always looking out for my best interested and truly helping me with the best integrity. Thank you Joe. Also, to Bobby Tarafdar. He is the best guy you have on the floor. His professionalism mixed with actually listening to my needs and not just pushing a car on me for a sale, Was such a breath of fresh air. He is extremely knowledgeable of his product and makes you excited to be driving off the the lot in your new car. He made my whole experience special that I have never had buying a car. Thank you Joe and Bobby for everything and I love my car.
