The worst. I was leased a lemon that twice had engine failure. The first time they held the car for 4 months waiting for repair. When it was finally fixed, after I had to rent a car for $9,000.00 because they refused to loan me a courtesy car, I got it back and it was filthy. Covered in dirt and the interior was filthy. No attempt made to wipe it down so I get it back in decent condition. The second time the engine failed most likely due to an oil leak from a faulty repair I had it towed to the dealer when it died as I drove to work. That was in April 2023. I ended that lease, which ran to October 2023, right then and there. The dealer ended the lease because I refused to take it back citing Lemon Laws. Yet I still get bills for it. No matter how many times I call them they do nothing. Hyundai Financial was told the dealer did not have the car. The dealer cannot seem to be able to figure out what happened to it. It could not have been driven off the lot because the engine was dead. And still, months later, they can’t or won’t figure it out. Add to this their abhorrent process for taking a lease. You sit with a “salesperson” and work out a cost. Then they make you wait hours to see the business manager who tosses it all out and jacks up the cost. I endured this after my first vehicle with them, a Kona, burst into flames when a truck hit me. While in significant discomfort that they were aware of they still made me wait hours in agony for a replacement vehicle. They are everything that is wrong with car dealers. How long do I have to endure harassment from finance to pay fees I have no responsibility to pay? How are they unable to solve this issue? I never post negative reviews of any business. I do not do it. But this has gone beyond what is tolerable. And still I get calls. “This is an attempt to collect a debt……”No! There is no debt as there was no car in my possession. They are real quick to notify credit bureaus but no urgency to fix their errors. Shame on you. More

Everyone was so helpful and courteous, from the lady who made the appointment for me Jelissa, and did not have any problem at all when I had to change it at the last minute up until I drove my new car off the lot. The whole experience was terrific. Jason my car dealer was the best, professional and extremely helpful with all my questions, nothing was to much trouble for him. This is my second Hyundai lease., See you guys in a few years!! More

I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer!!!! I had trouble two years ago when I bought my car for the first time with a very high interest rate at the White Plains location and tried to avoid r I had trouble two years ago when I bought my car for the first time with a very high interest rate at the White Plains location and tried to avoid returning to refinance with this dealer but, I was told it was the best thing to do. Since I arrived I was assigned to a nice young man Peter Hernandez who tried to help and understood right away what I was needing, then I saw that Máximo Almanzar who is the sales manager and I knew that he would not look for a way to help me, I asked him to accommodate me the best way possible since I was paying a very high rate for almost two years, with a laugh he said if you can get me a good looking woman I will help you, showing right away no respect. After almost 1 ½ hours sitting waiting for Peter Hernandez and seeing him approaching Maximo Almazar, William Ventura and Joel Abreu to convince them that I did not want to buy a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, that I wanted to refinance my current car. They ignored me the entire time I was there and they laughed at each other and spoke badly to the salesman every time he approached them. These people Maximo Almazar, William Ventura and Joel Abreu are only interested in making money and they want you to do what they want in order to make money , their lack of kindness and dedication to making customers happy do not care at all. I would not recommend anyone to go where people are unprofessional and poorly educated! More
