Buyer beware! I purchased a car from this dealer that I thought was CPO inspected. I am convinced it was not and recently found other complaints very similar. I spoke to two managers but neither would fix a defect that was discovered within the first 25 miles. Before you buy CPO Google this article: "when your certified-pre-owned-car-defective". I wish I had read this first. More

Had a rough experience with one sales person (don't recall his name) who was attempting to help me when Scott wasn't there. He clearly didn't want to help and didn't appreciate how he spoke to me. I think he acted that way because he knew he wasn't getting the sale. I bet that if he was my sales person and getting the sale he would have been friendlier. All this said while this isn't the BEST car buying experience I've ever had I AM happy overall with the car, the price, the dealer and my sales person. More

I agreed on a price and notified them that I had purchased my plane ticket to purchase the car the next day. I received a call from Andrew the next morning who tried to add additional fees to the sale. I then asked to speak with his sales manager, Joel who called me back five hours later and told me they sold the vehicle to another buyer for more money. Joel told me that his sales associates do not have the power to sale cars and that he is the only person that does. He also told me that he would not reimburse me for my plane ticket. DO NOT SHOP HERE! More

The salesman we worked with, Joel May was very knowledgable and helpful through the process. After we purchased the car he spent quite a bit of time explaining the functionality of the options (e.g.sat nav, radio, controls, etc.) and the experience was very streamlined. I went to that dealership because one where I had purchased another car was not so good, the saleswoman continually had to ask someone else about the options and the service was spotty at best. Consequently, I took my otner Mercedes to Mercedes-Bemz of Saint Charles when it opened. It is a well run and well managed dealership that is very service oriented. I highly recommend them. More
