I took my new Prius to the service department for the clear shield (invisible bra) and installation of seat warmers. Joey was especially helpful since I was paying for the clear shield and seat warmers separately; cash for one, credit card for the other. As an old HR person from way back, I always appreciate excellent customer care and Joey definitely provided it.

The only "complaint" I had, and this is much more for your information than giving me a voice to "compain", is that I took the car in sparkling clean, including the windows. When I got it back, it wasn't so clean, especially the windows. Do they use water or a chemicl for the clear shield? I am inquiring because the windows were streaked, even though I had just cleaned them, and there was something blackish in color splattered along the doors and bottom of the car. I understand that the return the car (in the condition it was when dropped off) is not necessarily a part of the service package and I do not intend this as a complaint. I cleaned the car again when I got home. It's more inquisitive so I know what to expect for future trips to the service department.

Service was completed within estimated time. Joey was very polite and was quick with getting an estimate for me on some additional service I requested.

Joey is a rock star. You have a repeat customer for life as long as he works there. His customer service is second to none Clone him!

Joey Culbertson was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to insure my wife and I received fast service, assisted in getting a rear carrying case for my RAV-4 added onto my service bill - and, even took the carrying case and set it up for me. He is an excellent representative of your dealership, and for that reason we own two RAV-4 Toyotas!

Joey is always so nice and trustworthy, which is VERY important in todays ecomomy. I would give him a ten but you only let me go to five!Every single time I come in he gets me out as quickly as possible. I tell everyone who has bad things to say about mechanics who they feel have ripped them off with unnecessary repairs,that they should go to Toyota. I have been a customer since 1994. I have nothing but good things to say about you guys. Than you so much for all your help,

I really appreciated the phone calls with the status of our repair and the use of the loaner car. Took all the stress out of figuring out how I would get my kids to and from activities. Mr. Culbetson had a friendly demeanor and a great smile. Thank you

Joey Culbertson is an invaluable asset to the Liberty Toyota Service Team. Joey went the extra mile to make sure that we received outstanding cutomer serivce in every area when we brought in our Camry for servicing. Liberty Toyota also has excellent Shuttle Service and we cannot say enough great things about drivers Skip and Ken who are very courteous and friendly and get clients to their destinations in a timely manner. Liberty Toyota sets the example for how all dealerships should be running their service departments.
