Johann David at First Honda of Simi Valley

My experience buying my Kia Optima was great from start to finish! My salesman, Johann guided me through the entire experience and helped me find the car that was perfect for me. He was funny, knowledgable and very professional! Nothing felt pushy- Johhan made my buying experience wonderful!

It was my first brand new car, which I bought in my life and I'm glad to express the feeling that I had in 1st Honda, Simivalley. The day I came to your office was helpless, even I didn't have a way of traveling since my old car was broke.
Johann came and picks me from my home and gave lot of information about the new car whilst driving. He was friendly and prompts when it comes to the transactions that we made via e-mails and over the phone. Everything was made really quickly, which was impressive. Such as paper work, introduction of the car features, service schedules, payment options, etc....,
I wish Johann and the staff very good luck.

As we all know buying a car is a very long process & where exciting it is one of the most boring wait game in the world. At 1st Honda they made it less painful. I am a instant gratification gal & decided Saturday morning that I "may" want a new car (the husband knew by the word "may" it was going to be a looong day). We started at another dealer to look at 2 used cars, which I was less than pleased to find that 2 of their managers where using them as their personal cars & it happened to be their day of - NOT a good start. I went to another dealership to find that they didn't even have the model I wanted to test drive on site at all. Then we went to 1st Honda, I was approached by Brian, a cool guy full of knowledge that I was determined to not let sell me a "new" car.... his "Helpful Honda" ways sucked me in! He said the right thing... go test drive the "other" cars, then we can talk. By the time we came back he was heading out, but gave us Johann. We FINALLY test drove an Accord, said "let's do it", Johann took us through the storage looking for the color I wanted. Out of the corner of my eye I saw an Accord that looked a bit different, it had a spoiler & said "sport", I asked the difference & Johann went over them in detail - I liked what I was hearing!!! The best part it was only $2k more than the Accord & I loved the color!!! SOLD!!!!!! Stu was great putting up with the "ants in the pants" syndrome I suffer from & in the end he made it happen. Now, NOTHING is perfect.... ONLY (and I mean ONLY) complaint is I think the appraiser for the 1st of Simi Valley dealerships low xxxxx trade-in's, but whatever Stu made it happen for the price I wanted so all is forgiven! Dealer was professional and helpful and honored the Costco pricing.Johann was very helpful and provided us two test drives and spent 30+ minutes showing us the features of the car. He also set up the bluetooth for the phone and helped on the phone settings for the car. He was very, very helpful and experienced with all the features of the vehicle.

My wife recently went in to First Honda of Simi Valley to look at the 2013 Honda Accord EXL she had been wanting. She returned home and told me the salesman, Johann David, was very helpful, friendly, and non-pushy. Several days later, we went back down to go over the car options and financial matters with Johann. My first impression of Johann was that this man is very respectful and professional, unlike your "typical" salesman who barely let's you get out of your car before hitting you with their sales pitch. Johann showed us the various options on the model my wife was interested in, taking time to show and explain all the features. We went on the test drive, where Johann continued to explain the features in detail. My wife & I felt completely comfortable and had any questions answered. When we met with Stu Miller to go over the financial matters, we once again were pleased to be met professionally and with kindness and respect. This is the second car we have got from First Honda and we would highly recommend anyone to visit them if you are considering Honda.

Our family was in the market for a new car recently. We visited a number of different dealerships over a period of a few weeks and there are a lot of nice cars to choose from. We talked to alot of nice sales people too. Johann David was our sales consultant at First Honda. The dealership is bright and clean. Our first trip to First Honda was to look around and test drive. We called to make sure Johann was there on our return visit. Johann was a pleasure to work with. He sure knows his cars. We were considering the CRV, the Pilot, and Odyssey. He could answer any question we had. He was very patient, friendly, and genuine. We felt very comfortable with him and he made the process hassle free. Stu Miller, sales manager, was super nice and friendly too. He really made every effort to be fair and honest. Lamberto Villanueva, finance manager, was also a great person to work with, helping two days with additional paperwork. These three people really are there for the customer and there to help any way they can. We were there on a Sunday both times and everyone seemed friendly and wanted to be there working. That is my honest opinion. We purchased an Odyssey and can compare it to a luxury vehicle. It rides very smooth and is beautiful. When shopping for a car start and end with Johann. He even showed every feature after the purchace and helped set up the car bluetooth and cell phone. He was patient, especially with our very active 6 year old son who liked to be involved in the process too. Thank you.

I had an outstanding, positive experience with salesman Johann and Sales Manager Stu Miller. I appreciated the no-pressure attitude from Stu. I felt like I went in, knowing what I wanted, and the sales team worked to find a new vehicle I wanted that fit my budget. They made me feel at home, offered me cold water and soft drinks, and made the experience effortless and relaxed. Johann was a professional and he never gave me the feeling that he was rushing me to make the sale. I keep my vehicles for a long time and love Honda's. It may be a while before I get another one but I most definitely recommend these Honda dealership to others. The above listed individuals were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. Johann even assisted me in connecting the Bluetooth connection for my phone to the car. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at this dealership, and I will return to purchase a third.
