On our way back to New York our motor blew and we had no choice but to go here . First they tried to rip me off by saying the caliber needs to be replaced too but my warranty company Zurich won’t cover it u choice but to go here . First they tried to rip me off by saying the caliber needs to be replaced too but my warranty company Zurich won’t cover it unless I pay $595 for new brake pads and rotors. I called Zurich and they told me they were never told about a caliber and also said they don’t care about brake pads or rotors because what is covered is covered. They had no problem replacing the caliber . So I figured I know this game and I’ll play along. So I text this lady back and play a bullsh!t game of can she please look into it and how I wanted to get her a gift card for all her help( you know ripping me off and all) well a couple of minutes later she gets back to me with her requested choice of said gift card. Lol yeah right she didn’t get 💩 but she did all the sudden get the caliber approved. Well fast do to picking up my car and mysteriously all my covers disappeared. The motor shield, heat shield and under the car shield. So I call them she says sorry and they were going to get them and ship them to me. Well now they are saying none of them were there when they got the car. My car was just looked over by Lia Honda in my 3 weeks before we went on vacation and they were all there. When we popped the hood on the car when the motor blew they were all there. I got a lawyer. I also have all the texts More

Incredible Service!!! My experience at Midland Honda was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but "Christopher Graham" was very friendly, My experience at Midland Honda was excellent. He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my 2016 Honda Civic ex. He walked me through all the features of 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L prior taking me for a test drive. I highly recommended you to meet a Mr. Graham and buy a car from him. I think every dealership need a Mr. Graham (workaholic). Thank you again Mr. Graham for all your help. I appreciate it. Moreover, I usually do my car service with Midland Honda. They always provides me with top notch service. I make appointments and they are ready for me when i arrive and my services is always completed in a timely manner. More

Great car buying experience! I came in to get my 2016 Odyssey serviced (always great customer service by Johannes Algra) and walked the lot while I waited for the shuttle service I came in to get my 2016 Odyssey serviced (always great customer service by Johannes Algra) and walked the lot while I waited for the shuttle service to depart. I noticed a nice 2018 Odyssey, so when my wife drove me back to pick up our Odyssey, we asked Chris Graham if we could check out the 2018. My wife loved it, they gave us a good trade-in value for our 2016, and we drove off the lot in our new Odyssey. It couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend Chris and Midlands Honda for your next car purchase. More

Kudos to Mr. Charles Green and Mr. Sanders!!! April 2012, I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord V6 which now has a settled class action suit due to its faulty engine. During my recent NEGATIVE experien April 2012, I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord V6 which now has a settled class action suit due to its faulty engine. During my recent NEGATIVE experience with the service department and avoiding an accident during my vacation due to an inferior part, I decided to purchase a new Honda Accord while waiting for the service department to repair my car. I must commend Mr. Green for providing the utmost professional and pleasant sales experience that I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable of the product and addressed all questions and concerns with ease. Mr. Green's attitude and personality turned my most recent negative experience with the service department into a smile!! I will certainly refer all my friends and family to Mr. Green when they are searching for a vehicle. Mr. Sanders was great in elaborating on the questions/concerns during my financing experience. There was no pressure to purchase any any additional insurance/warranty. More
