Completely enjoyable experience. I found both the dealership and the Salesperson John Allred to be both helpful, positive and a complete pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Chevrolet Dealership for anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle. Their staff are friendly and all of them have a high degree of knowledge that helps the consumer find what vehicle fits their needs.

They always work with me no matter what, fight ot get the best they can, and never get fed up with you or tired or you and keep striving to get the best deal they can....highly recommend them for your next new car purchase or even used..the dealer with class and integrity!!! John Allred ,Jim Kavanaugh along with Susan worked tirelessly to get us a great deal at a payment I was comfortable with considering the negative equity in my trade i can honestly say this is the best car buying experience I ever had and will definetly tell everyone about the great staff at Jeff Wyler Columbus! This is the fifth car purchased from the store at 5885 Gender Rd. This time around, the experience was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable as well. John and Jim found me the exact car I was looking for, Susan took care of the financing, and I could not be happier. I make it a point to tell anyone looking for a car to visit Jeff Wyler Chevy in Canal Winchester.

I started out on a journey to show my 18 yr.old what he needed to accomplish in order to get a dependable car. He was driving his grandfathers' 1989 Chrysler new-yorker and family members were taking turns (monetarily) helping him get it fixed almost every other week! So I took him to where i had the best experience purchasing my auto over 10 yrs. ago (Bob Mcdorman Chevrolet). He is attending Devry University and working part time at Fedex. I feared for him because the route he has to drive is out to Rickenbacker AirForce base and it is an extremely dark tree, semi truck and deer infested area for a few miles. I didn't know how i was going to help him get an auto but I just had to try! John Allred showed us many options and after talking with him after several mins. it seemed like we might be able to actually purchase an auto that day. I didn't believe it. I remember now that Everytime i turned there were signs everywhere saying that negativity wasn't an option. I didn't feel negative I just knew what we were up against. John Allred appeared to take an instant liking to my family and he was very sincere and upbeat and he never gave up! He was able somehow to get my son a beautiful chevy cruze at a very reasonable price! Everyone at this dealership was wonderful Michael Dixon (sales manager) was wonderful as well and i commend him for running a very personal crew that makes a person forget all those bad car dealership stories. If we got robbed, someone needs to tell us because we don't know it! I feel we were treated more than fair. They all treated us as if we were related to them. As great as everyone was I have to give a shout out to Selena Lancy! This Lady is phenomenal! I can't begin to even explain how great she was to us. Selena and John put their resources together and upgraded an almost perfect situation to a level that had me in tears (i am absolutely not a crier) but these 2 wonderful people had me in tears on the showroom floor. I have never been treated with so much respect and fairness....EVER! When we left the whole crew was outside lined up as if there was a red carpet at the door and they applauded us for finally being able to purchase a safe as well as beautiful Chevy Cruze Lt Rs in red! My son was dumbstruck and I as well as the rest of my family felt relieved that he would be driving not only a very dependable automobile but a beautiful one as well. I'd like to thank Selena (divas only need a first name!), John Allred, Michael Dixon and the staff for a wonderful experience. My faith buying an auto has been restored!

I had just moved back to Columbus, OH from Las Vegas, NV and needed to get a new vehicle. I had known of Jeff Wyler because I had lived near there. Once I got settled in my new home. I emailed John Allred from their internet department and was contacted with an hour or so asking me some follow up questions. I had also made an appointment to meet him on Friday evening. Once I got there is felt pretty intimidating, but after a short while I felt very comfortable and at ease. I test drove a few different vehicles, but chose a new Chevy Impala LT, fully loaded. I just love the car. John Allred had mentioned I might like to look at one and he was right. Within an hour or so after deciding on the vehicle to purchase. I was in the finance dept. signing the paperwork. My credit isn’t perfect but they got me a great loan, with little down and an extended warranty. I was in and out of finance in under 15 minutes. The woman who handled my paperwork was on her game. The whole staff at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet are by far the best people that I have worked with at a dealership. John Allred was a great guy to work with. I will send him anybody I can who is looking for a great car and a great experience. Kudos to Michael Dixon (sales manager) for running a great sales department.
