John Benton at Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I live 75 miles from the dealership, but found the Jeep i wanted online. There i found by far the best price, no one local would touch it. Sent an inquiry by email at 8:00 pm John Benton answered within 10 minutes. Answered my questions, drove up in a couple of days, bought the Jeep wrangler listed on their site at price advertised. Everyone there was more than friendly and helpful making sure i was taken care of.

Had to come back the next day, another 150 mile to pick up vehicle after alarm installed and detailed, well worth the drive.

My only regret is dealership is not close enough to have my service done there after my sales experience.

I would highly recommend this dealership not only for price, but how friendly, helpful and pleasant their entire staff was to me and my son the next day picking up the vehicle.

My husband and I bought a new 1500 Ram truck on 8/30/2012. This was our first visit to this dealerchip and I'm so glad we came. We have bought 4 new vehicles in the past 10 years and this was the BEST experience thus far. Usually when we leave a dealership, there is a lot of disapointment, regret, and just unhappiness about the purchase. This time was far different from that. From the website, to the phone calls, and then meeting the sales person at the dealership, everything was so much better than all those other time together.
First I have to say the website is very user friendly. Most sites don't show prices and force you to call for them, not here. You can do all your research then call for your questions to be answered. When we met our sales rep, John Benton it didn't feel like we were buying anything. the whole process was so low key it almost felt weird. I will and already have recommened this dealer to everyone I hear looking for a car. I will return to Elk Grove Dodge for my next car purchase. Thanks to everyone who made this expierence the BEST for us.

These guys did a great job. Answered questions quickly and honestly and managed a very transparant transaction. They beat the finance rate from my local credit union and although they were hustling to make the sale, they were not high-pressure. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Elk Grove Dodge. The salespeople are smart, hardworking, down to earth and personable. They are people that you would be happy to call your friends. All the staff were driven to give me the best deal possible, and they far exceeded that goal. I would recommend El Grove Dodge to anyone interested in purchasing a Dodge.

The dealership and sales people were friendly and helped to find a car that met our needs and our price range. We had planned to buy a used car to save money but they worked to find a way to get us into a new car for a similar price. The ability of the company to take the time to work on getting us the best deal, even as it took hours was amaing.

I dread going to the dealership, “Did I get the best price? How much did I overpay? Who can I trust? Who is willing to hear what I need and want and not pressure me?” Well I did my research online. I tried to get a vehicle with the options I wanted and what my wife wanted. I thought I could take advantage of 0% financing, I have GREAT credit. I filled out the online quote info and sent it to 5 dealerships. Most dealerships sent an auto response asking me to give them info that I already filled out. I requested a 2011 or 2012 Dodge Gran Caravan with remote doors and starter and backup camera. The automated responses were “Good morning. Welcome to XYZ Chrysler Jeep Dodge NORCAL, and thank you for your interest in the Dodge Grand Caravan.
In order to make this simple and easy, I'd like to provide you with whatever information you need quickly and efficiently. Would you mind answering a few questions:
• Which options and equipment are important to you?
Please let me know more details of exactly what you are looking for option wise?”
I was very clear in what I was looking for so it annoyed me that I took the time to fill out an online form and then I get an automated response asking me to tell them AGAIN what I already told them, READ what I wrote!!
I am very happy that John Benton not only took the time to respond to me but he also sent me a PDF of the window sticker of the vehicle I wanted. John was awesome! I came to realize all the options I wanted on the vehicle were out of my price range, but the options my wife wanted were in the price range and John sent me another window sticker of the vehicle that I later bought.
Elk Grove Dodge was the only dealership that responded right away and so I went down to see the vehicle. I was greeted very warmly by Stanley Simpson, I told him I had communicated with John Benton already and was here to see the vehicle he had emailed me about. Stanley listened and located the vehicle and we went out on a test drive. Stanley worked hard to earn my business. He conceded to my price range, although you can never get rid of that nagging “did I pay too much” feeling. Even though I had great credit 0% was not being offered for 60 months at the time of purchase so I ended up with a 2.9% rate. I could have done my own financing, but being a holiday, my credit union was closed and I wanted to get the vehicle that day. Stanley made the deal work and my wife is VERY happy so I am as well. I would recommend Elk Grove Dodge and John Benton and Stanley Simpson to everyone, my friends purchased a Subaru from Elk Grove Subaru right next door and they are very happy as well, Lasher has some good people, hold onto them. I gave a 5 for price since I did purchase vehicle.

Jay and John are great to work with! Very friendly, easy going and not pushy. Never did I feel pressured by them.

John showed me the car I wanted to see and Jay worked the numbers in a way that made sense to me. I'm overall satisfied with my experience and vehicle.

The reason I came to Elk Grove Dodge is because my father and I have a good standing relationship with the dealership, having already bought two cars from them. I knew I would be taken care of with my next purchase, my new 2011 Dodge Durango.

The test drive wasn't what I expected this time around, I didn't get to take it on the freeway... just down the street - which was shocking. But I was able to take it home for a couple hours to discuss the purchase with my fiance to really get an idea what owning the car would be like.

I did feel a little rushed by Abdul (not by Shak) who told me there were four other people waiting to get into finance and I felt I had to quickly make a decision because I was holding up the line. I was told I could get my monthly payment around a certain dollar amount, which ultimately went up by $8 but your staff did provide an additional incentive if I purchased the vehicle. I will say that the Shak did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and purchasing experience, which I am truly grateful for!

Chuck was amazing too... he was very friendly and walked me through all the paperwork that I have come to recognize / practically memorize.

John was the best! He walked me through all the bells and whistles of my new car - which I didn't know the car could do and set up my iPhone through UConnect. Once again, I left with another brand new car and a very happy and thankful customer.

I have to say every time I go into a car dealership I get angry, as I have never had a pleasant experience at ANY dealership. So here I am with bad attitude and all and they bent over back wards to meet I and my wifes expectations. I don't give this kind of praise lightly. For the first time ever I came away feeling like we got a very fair deal. We are very pleased with our new Jeep Grand Cherokee so far.
I would trust them to be honest and fair on any future auto deals.
