Our efforts in shopping for a reliable vehicle of quality led us to David Bruce Toyota Cadillac in Bourbonnais, Illinois. We have known, respected and trusted the owner for several years however had not had occasion to make a vehicle purchase. It was time to make the vehicle change and we were pleased to meet and work with "Big John" Crawford within the sales department. John provided detailed information and was patient with our numerous test drives and final selection. He performed his job professionally without being the overbearing and aggressive salesperson. We felt genuine support rather than a determined effort to make a sale. John has become a friend and has remained supportive after our purchase.

John effectively introduced us to the personnel within the Service Department. The same level of respect and customer concern/care has been found within the service department. A visit to the service area reveals a professionally organized and clean work environment. The Service Department team seeks to create a culture of value with continuing education opportunities regarding your vehicle and the proper use and maintenance of the vehicle.

My wife Sandy and I just bought a 2008 Avalon XLS from John Crawford. We drove 2 hrs to get there and were not disappointed.The car was everything it was told to be(very nice)John had the car ready for us,so we drove it and fell in love with it.I would say it was my best overall experience for a purchase. I think our total time there and out the door was less than 2 hrs.We didn't have to fight on price. That's just the type of deal I like. My hat is off for all the staff.Finance dept was nice and quick and also got to meet the owner David Bruce. We will be back again thank you all.

Just bought my 2nd new vehicle from John Crawford at David Bruce. What a pleasure! They make buying a new vehicle a pleasure instead of the usual long drawn out tense affair. There is no pressure in any form and when they test drive your trade in you don't have to fight to get your keys back. I would recommend Big John and David Bruce Auto to anyone. The service is just as good!

John was a super nice, and friendly guy. He did everything possible to make sure that my husband and I were happy. I really appreciate everything he did. It took a couple of days for us to come to an agreement on the vehicle, but after some bending on their part they really came through.

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
I have bought several Caddys at David Bruce and John Crawford has been the salesman.
He knows the product and is very helpful. He listens to the customer and isn't "pushy". John went above and beyond the call of duty when I lost my key fob.
He and his daughter picked me up at a local store when I couldn't find the fob. They gave me a ride home. John stuck with me through the whole process of getting a new fob. He was also helpful in setting up my Bluetooth phone. I will definately buy all my new Caddys from "Big John". He is honest and dependable.

The service is excellent and John is extremely trustworthy. I have not only bought three cars from him, but I also recommended John to my younger sister and she purchased a car from David Bruce and John. The highest complement I can pay to David Bruce and particularly John Crawford is that regardless of where I live, I will purchase all my future cars through John.

My Review of David Bruce Toyota Cadillac:
When we went in looking for a vehicle to purchase John was willing and able to find out what our needs were before trying to sell as a vehicle. After we found the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, John did not pressure us for a quick sale during this first visit. We told him that we know what we want and will get back with him after we had the money in place. We decided to wait untill we had saved up for a cash sale which was several Months later. John gave my wife and I a great deal, we paid cash and did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle until it was right for us. We ended up buying a 2010 Toyota Tocoma Pickup truck. Additionally, I felt a high degree of honesty and integrity from John Crawford in doing this business deal.
