In February of 2010 I began my career with Germain Toyota in new car sales. A US Army veteran, my post military professional career was centered on marketing, communications and public relations. Consulting and developing brand imaging for AT&T, Comcast and a large number of national advertisers afforded me the opportunity to see firsthand the importance of creating long lasting relationships with individual consumers.

John Day was very helpful in obtaining what I wanted from the vechicle I bought, he even helped me obtain accersories I wanted months after I bought the vechicle either my contacting me or if I came to Toyota in person. I can't reccomend him enough. Lew Karbler made sure the finance part went as smoothly as possible.

My Review of Germain Toyota of Columbus:
Several years ago we had a bad experience with this dealership. We went there again and bought a 2010 Rav. John Micheal waited on us and we could not have asked for a better salesperson. He knew his stuff,he was caring and he so much wanted to make us happy. He called a couple of times to see if everything was ok. I would highly recommend John Micheal to any person I know. They would be blessed to have him as a person to help them. Thanks for giving me the chance to share this

My Review of Germain Toyota of Columbus:
I was desperately in need of a new vehicle becuase the one I was using currently was on the verge of falling appart. I did tons of research to find just the right car for my family and I thought I had my mind made up until I met with a Toyota Germain sales representative. He showed me a completely different car and I was even more satisfied with the Rav4 than any of my previous choices. Then I spoke with John Day who very calmly sold me the vehicle. I really appreciate that he was not overly ambitious about making a sale. I felt no pressure at all and he was very friendly. I have been to many other dealerships that tried to push me into making a large purchase so I am happy to say that John Day's priorities lie in the customer's satisfaction, not his commission.

Great dealership! I have bought my last two cars from this dealer and they have been willing to help me find something in my price range both times. The customer service is tremendous. I haven't found a better dealer in Columbus. John Day was a pleasure to work with and there was no pressure to buy. They were quite cordial with me despite one sales manager not enjoying my negotiation tactics. I will shop there again for sure.

We are very happy with our Lease. The way John handled our purchase was the deal breaker. He is a very honest, integrity driven individual. In a climate of mistrust
with dealerships in general, John is an asset to the company. He is low pressure which made the difference on where we purchased our vehicle. He went over all the information on vehicle safety improvements for the Camry with us. We are Honda people,
but We liked the way John deals with people, and for us that made the difference! I would without hesitation purchase another vehicle from John and have recommended other friends to him as well.

My husband and I weren't at all sold on the Prius when we started our search for a new car. We had already gone to several dealerships and looked at several different models by the time we came to Germaine. Then we met John Day. He was personable, competent, and helpful. He gave us the information we needed in a friendly way, and was present with us, but not pushy. He won our trust. John made the difference and we decided to purchase the Prius. He worked with us to ensure we got the options we wanted, which took a little extra time (there were none available in the color we wanted). And he has been involved and helpful since our purchase as well, calling us to make sure we were satisfied, asking if there was anything he could do for us! We are more than satisfied with our Prius and with our service. Thanks, John!

John Day is the best sale person I have ever met! He is so friendly and he kept in touch with me after the sales! Since the prius was my first car, John helped me a lot to avoid many potential troubles.

What a great experience I had at Germain Toyota. My salesperson, John day, was so patient and helpful. He really listened to what I wanted, and worked really hard to get a payemnt I can afford!
