My Review of National Car Sales:
This is the 8th vehicle we have purchased from National Car Sales. That in itself should say something. John Drake has been our salesman for the last 4 vehicles. John always works hard to find you the vehicle you are looking for. He was diligent in calling us for over a year as we had to put off this last purchase due to the economy. I would recommend John Drake to anyone. However, this last car buying experience may be our last at National Car Sales. There was a lot of difficulty with financing which I understand is not all their fault. I felt they could have been a little more up front with us. We did not get a good rate at all. In addition, signing the financing papers was a nightmare. We had to visit the dealership 3 times to redo the paperwork. The finance manager was not available at the time he had told us so we had to wait 45 minutes which caused me to miss work. I would definitely seek out my own financing plan before visiting this dealership again.

We can understand why you were upset for the many vists and do appologize. We had some issues with the bank and their lending guidelines that required us to redo the contract. Then, we had software issues and ended up hand writing the contract. It was a comedy of errors that was not so comical! Thanks for your understanding.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I bought a Nitro over the internet and am from out of state. Therefore everything had to be settled before I got there. Also an accurate description of the vehicle was critical. All this happened. They did work with me regarding my credit union's requirments.I thank John and all the people at National.

John Drake and the rest of the team did a great job. They were very flexible and accomadating to to meet my needs.Customer service was off the charts. I did not feel pressured and was confident in the environment as they provided an overall excellent car buying experience. Based on my car buying experience, I plan on going to National when I am in the market for a boat.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I have been looking for a "gently used" Dodge Grand Caravan SXT or Chrysler Town and Country Touring,at a reasonable price, since February. I didn't need to purchase right away, and was willing to wait for the best deal I could find. I looked all over town, and left my name and number with several salesmen.Only a few called back more than once or twice. I spoke with John Drake and explained what I was looking for, and how much I was willing to pay. He didn't have anything at that time, but said he would keep my name and number and stay in touch (just like all the rest).

To my suprise he did stay in touch. He called every time he had somthing availble, and sometimes just to check in to see if had had purchased yet. about every week or two John would call. He was the ONLY ONE who did stay in touch.

On July 9th I spotted a Grand Caravan at Eastgate Chrysler That would fit my needs and was priced right. That same day John called to let me know he had a
Grand Caravan also. I told him what the van at Eastgate was listed for, and he could'nt believe it. He unfoutunately could'nt match the price, and I made a deal with Eastgate.

I realy wanted to buy from John, because he was so diligent with staying in touch with me, and always profesionaland and courtious. You have a valuable asset with John at National Car Sales. The next time I am ready to purchase a vehicle, I will Call John first.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle at National and have recieved excellent service after the sale as well. We had a couple of issues after the purchase and they quickly fixed the items. We feel like National Car Sales is an honest establishment and worked hard to earn our business. When we purchase our next vehicle, we will go to National first.

I bought my previous car from John at National in 2000. That was a good deal so when I needed a newer car and went back and got the same good service, sales and deal. Although we will shop around for price, we will definately consider National as a first place to look for our next car.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I was very interested in a dodge Caliber that this dealership had listed. My mom and I went there in hopes of driving the vehicle and possibly me driving away with it. When we arrived at the dealership, we walked around for probably an hour and no one bothered to come help us. On a typical dealership, the minute you pull onto a lot, a car salesman is right there waiting on you. You can say that your dealership doesnt do that so purchasers wont feel pressured or whatever. I sent in a few requests online and didnt really get anywhere with them. At the same time i was dealing with a dealership in Seymour who gave me the run around but I still stuck with them for two weeks of phone calls. I didnt know anything about this other dealership and was skeptical of them because i didnt know them and I knew that national was a "great" place to go to. After my experience with you guys i thought different. I had emailed the internet salesman about what the dealership in seymour was going to do and asked if maybe national could do the same. I receieved an email with salesman number so i called him right away. He was VERY unfriendly. After telling him what i was looking for he replied with let me throw numbers together and i'll call you back. He NEVER called me back. Instead, I went the dealership in seymour where the CS was amazing and everyone was SO friendly and I got the car I was looking for. About a week and a 1/2 after my purchase in seymour, the salesman finally emailed me back and all he said was...we have two calibers you could purchase for 10,795 or something. That was it. I was NOT impressed what so ever with the CS or friendlyness that National supposedly has. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I am very confused as to why you gave us such a negative review. According to our records, we recieved your request on 3/11 and we emailed you on 3/11, 3/11, 3/12, 3/14, 3/15 3/18, 3/23 and 4/1. We asked for your phone number several times and sent you pictures of the vehicle 3 times. You finally responded on 3/23 and told us this:
"wrote earlier about the khaki caliber that you have on the lot. I am currently looking at the same blue caliber that you have listed at a dealership in seymour, although they are giving me the run around and are willing to the price the vehicle at 10,499 to get me there to buy it. It has the exact same miles on it as the blue one that you have up for sale. they had another vehicle listed for 10,4999 that i was wanting but they sold it as i was dealing with themi am very interested and have been searching and im very close to just giving up. I would rather buy from a dealership I am familiar with rather then driving 76 miles to one that ive never bought from or know someoen whose bought from them...If there is anyway you could possibly help me and to get the car ive been dying to get please email me back. I would need payments around $210-$200 or less a month if possible. I also have a possible trade if the money is right. thanks"

We still don't have your phone number. We also record every call that comes in and have no record of any calls from you nor and emails that provided your phone number.

Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to us as you can see by our Dealer Rater score. If we have done something wrong, we will do everything that we can to correct it.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I found National Car Sales from a third-party website and decided to go visit. I noticed a car I was interested in and when I called and inquired about it, I was provided with honest and accurate answers. I drove over 200miles to get to the dealer and when I got there, every mile was worth the trip! The sales person and the manager were both extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the car was in a good/fair condition as mentioned on the advertisement and the price was unbeatable. I would recommend National Car Sales to any one I know and I'll be sure to return! Keep up the good work!

My Review of National Car Sales:
I love being able to go online looking at the vechile and doing all the research before hand. With this site i knew who i wanted to deal with before i ever stepped into their lot. John did not let us down. We thought we may had a problem with the dvd player and they were going to replace it if there was a problem. To our delight every thing has been good so far. Everyone took to our girls and was very nice to all of us. We will recomend to others and will come back on our next purchase.
