John Edwards at Park Place: Porsche Dallas

My first Porsche purchase. My first out of state purchase from a dealer over the internet. My first purchase of a vehicle sight unseen. In all regards John Edwards and the Park Place team treated me and the purchased vehicle with professionalism and service that one would expect for this brand -- even though I was thousand+ miles away. John stayed in constant communication throughout the process and arranged for top notch delivery of the vehicle to me in CA. If I or friend are in the market for another car, Park Place and John Edwards will be the first contact.

John was very knowledgable and professional throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions thoroughly without being pushy. We came from out of town and John and the dealership were very accomidating to our needs and sense of time. John has contacted me after the sale to help with questions on settings etc. I have already referred someone to him and will refer others. The experience was one of the best I have ever had.

Terrific experience purchasing my third Porsche and second from Park Place. It was a pleasure working with John Edwards. He led me through the sales process in an efficient and customer friendly manner. He was even courteous enough to deliver and fill it up with a full tank of gas. I will definitely contact John when I'm ready to get another Porsche in a couple years. Park Place has a definite winner with the team they've put together. If you're in the market for a Porsche, consider calling or e-mailing John and see what he can do for you. I was treated like priority throughout the entire process, and I'm thankful for that.
