John Linnehan at Gary Rome Hyundai

Bought my first Hyundai in April. John and Cliff worked hard to get the color I wanted on my Tucson. Finally got it and am enjoying my new car. Had a dead battery the second week and took it to the service department. Got that fixed and hope all the bugs are taken care of. Love the style of the Tucson and hope to enjoy it for many years! Thanks to the people of Gary Rome!

I'd been to several other dealers, and was impressed with the inventory of the dealership, the courtesy extended by all employees, and most of all, by the respect shown by John. I felt like a valued customer, and not prey, as I'd experienced at other dealerships. John listened to what I needed, let me test drive as many times as I wanted, and when I was ready to buy, made sure to locate exactly the car I wanted.

The service department is going to need to make a couple of tweaks to the car, but they have arranged for a loaner for me for the day, and I have no doubt they will do exactly what needs to be done.

Myself and my wife Lisa's experience at Gary Rome Hyundai was extremeley good. Mr. John Linnehan was very helpful and courteous in the selection and leasing of our 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Mr. Linnehan easily explained any questions we had about our new vehicle and assured us that we made a great decision by coming to Gary Rome Hyundai. I am a repeat customer so of course I returned to Gary Rome. I called John the night before to discuss the possibility of a new car. John was at the ready when I arrived. After some discussion of leasing versus buying I decided that leasing was right for me at this time. John was very knowledgeable on all the particulars of leasing. We were in the market for a second vechicle for the family. The plan was to buy a new vechicle, and keep our present vechicle as a vechicle for our daughter. Glenn after hearing this, recomended that we look at certified used vechicles. I never would have expected a vechicle sales consultant to suggest this,and this is when I decided this is where I wanted to buy my vechicle from. It was already past closing time and made arrangements to meet again in a few days. We had to cancel that meeting and said we would stop in when we could. When we returned Glenn was not working and John assisted us with the sale of our new vechicle. Again there was no pressure to buy anything other than what we wanted.

This was the first new car we have purchased. We came to Gary Rome because of TV advertising and the fact that Hyundai is offering some the best incentives in the car industry. We were apprehensive at first when going into the dealership but when meeting John Linnehan we were put at ease. His professional attitude in the details gave us a good feeling at every step through the purchasing of our Accent. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a new auto.
