My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

Elizabeth was extremley friendly. The entire process ran as smooth as I thought possible. She knows a lot about all the cars Honda has to offer. I priced other dealerships and Bay Ridge was the cheapest by far. My overall experience with Bay Ridge Honda was a pleasure. I have been leasing for roughly 15 years and this was by far the smoothest transaction I have made.

My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

Mark Anthony treated my mother and I wonderfully. He was well spoken, knowledgeable, and truthful. Mark Anthony and John gave my mother a great deal on a Honda Accord. Joseph, the finance manager, was also extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This was the first time that my mother leased a car and they made it a memorable and pleasant experience. I will be returning there to get a lease for myself.

I went to Bay Ridge Honda to lease a new 2012 Honda Accord and found my visit to be a great success!! John and Gregory were a big help. They were friendly and accommodating! They gave me a great deal and had my new car ready for me to drive home. I would recommend both of them to anyone looking to shop for a new car. I will be a Bay Ridge Honda customer for the rest of my life!

My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

After having difficulty with another Honda dealership, the staff at Bay Ridge Honda was more then helpful in putting me in a new vehicle. Raymond Yu, upon hearing my problems, offered to put me right in touch with his manager if I wanted to deal with him directly or any other salesperson. Given that the industry is commissions based, that right there showed that they had my interest in the forefront. The manager John came over a few times just to make sure that things were going ok, and to see if he could be of assistance. Overall it was a great experience and I got a great vehicle out of it (2012 Honda CRV EX)

My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

My leasing experience at Bay Ridge Honda was First Class from the Sales Manager, John Marino, to my Leasing Consultant, Robert Scarpaci. Mr. Scarpaci's honesty, his outstanding product knowledge and his approach to a customer I found not the least bit pushy. His enphasis was also heavy into Customer Satisfaction. This being my first car leased from Bay Ridge Honda, I was relieved by the way things were handled since I had leased cars from Staten Island Honda for the past 17 years and so has my family for an additional 4 cars. The reason for the change I wont discuss here.
I love my Honda CRV and would I say Bay Ridge Honda is a classy dealership? You Bet.

Karim Mohammed was a great Sales Person. He had great knowledge of the Honda Product (2012 Honda CRV EX). He had all paper work ready when I went to pick-up my new vehicle. John Marino stepped in when the 2011 CRV which was my first choice was delayed and was able to put into a 2012.

My Review Of Bay Ridge Honda:

Working with Bay Ridge Honda was a smooth and pleasant experience. I leased my 5th Honda Civic from them on 1/5/12 and my only regret is that I didn't go to this dealership for my last 4 Civics. Perhaps they should send the sales reps and sales managers from Staten Island Honda over to Bay Ridge Honda to teach them how to be honest with and respect customers. Something is seriously lacking over in the SI dealership....Thank you Bay Ridge Honda!
