My wife and I have purchased 5 new vehicles and 6 used vehicles over the last thirty years. The experience we had with John Smith (sales) and Casey Jones (finance) was by far one of the best ones we have ever had. John wanted to make sure we understood what we were buying. Casey wanted to make sure we understood the financing and what we were getting with the warranties. I was extremely pleased with our whole experience.

I found John Smith to be great to work with. John's knowledge and understanding of my needs was unsurpassed. He made my car buying experience fun and easy. In the future, John will be my salesperson of choice when I begin another car search. I appreciate all John did for me. Also, Casey was great to work with as well. Buying a new car for me is stressful. I don't like change and driving is a necessary evil. I'm one of those scared drivers no one wants to get stuck behind so finding the right vehicle is essential. I was greeted as soon as I entered. The salesperson asked how he could help me and really listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle.

I was a little disappointed in the trade-in allowance, as Kelley Blue Book gave a higher amount.
