Purchased a used car in January from Jack Maxton. We had an issue with the car, but the dealership has responded to our concerns and allevaiated them. We appreciate their response!

This was my first visit to Jack Maxson Chevrolet. We had to drive a few hours to get there, but I found a 2009 Toyota Highlander on Cars.com that I wanted to check out. I was also hoping to trade in my beloved 2001 Toyota Corolla (Lola). Tonia Brooks made contact with me by phone and email and I immediately appreciated her friendly, sincere approach. She even gave us a great lunch recommendation while we thought things over. I don't like pushy sales and was happy to see no one at Jack Maxton made me feel that pressure. I was very happy with the people, value for my trade and the overall deal on my new car. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

**My only critique would be that the car I ended purchasing did not look like it had been fully cleaned/detailed before they brought it out to show me. The outside was clean, but the inside still had crumbs/soda and dirt in several areas. I'm still finding small toys from the previous owner. I understand this is a used car, but it was "new" to me; having looked at other used cars, it didn't present as nice initially. However, this wasn't Tonia's fault and she had it cleaned a 2nd time for us before we left the dealer. Overall, Tonia and Jack Maxton Chevrolet turned a very dreaded situation into a pain free experience. I'm very happy with my Highlander...we named her Merida. (-:

The service is very friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to help and take care of all the necessary paperwork for a hassle-free experience. The owner, Mr. Rood is exceptional when it comes to customer care, professional knowledge, and honesty about his product.

John was a great saleman and very easy to work with. He told us what he had to offer and was very fair. We got a great deal on a used Honda Civic. We love it!

I had a great experience with Jack Maxton. The sales process was quick and easy. John Spivey was great!! Very friendly and when I had a problem after taking the vehicle home, he took care of it quickly and made the whole process very easy for me. I would definitely recommend Jack Maxton and John Spivey!!

I am giving this rating because I have had a more than wonderful experience with Jack Maxton. Specifically my car salesman, John Spivey. Not only did he try his best to work with my budget and financial situation, but he also made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. My family has gotten cars in the past from Jack Maxton and we have always had John specifically. He has been very good to my family and I and we genuinely appreciate all he has done for us. Thank you for being such a great dealership!

We went in knowing that we wanted to purchase a Cruze and knowing what to expect the price should be. John greeted us before we were even in the door. We said we were lookin for a Cruze and some of the features that I wanted. He show us several -- the ones with just what I asked for as well as those with more and less for comparison. I took the light blue Cruze for a test drive and we ended up signing for a lease (our prefered finance chioce) that night. It has been 2 VERY busy weeks since I drove it home. I'm very happy with the car, the service and Jack Maxton Chevrolet.
