My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I called them last week to lease a new 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. After having spoken to literally dozens of dealers, it was the best experience by far. Not only were their prices more competitive than any of the other dealers, they stood by everything they stated (I cannot say the same for many of those I spoke with). I dealt with John Ward who was terrific, extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Literally less than 24 hours after speaking with him over the phone, we drove off with the exact car that we had asked for with the exact pricing that was stated. We dealt with Jeff Juaire on the finance side, signed all the papers, he again, walked us through the process, had everything ready for us, no issues. Our car was waiting for us outside ready to go when we arrived. It was a painless and extremely happy experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle and can't wait to shop there for my next car.

John went over and beyond the duties of a saesperson. He was extremely professional, honest, reliable, courteous, and helpful. He did everything to make the sale of this vehicle without any pressure. We would highly recommend Papa's Dodge to anyone looking for one of their vehicles just because of the service provided by John Ward. He is definitely an asset to their staff.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Bought a 2011 Ram 1500 off the lot and proceeded to change everything about it including swapping out the bumpers and repainting portions of the body. Through the two week process I worked with Papa's sales, finance, parts, body shop and lunch counter. Everyone was superb (even if they thought I was insane) and the end product was stunning. I can't imagine there are many dealers in the country let alone CT that would have followed through like these guys. Thanks to John Ward and the entire team.
