John's the best. Realy only whanted a used camper and by the end of the week left with a used truck and car and the most imortant thing we came for the used camper. Never thought we we could do it for the price we paid cash out the door!We went camping that night after picking everything up. The best time I've had in years. I have been telling everyone where to go now if they talking car, truck or camper and need to look up John. He made me laugh and smile and appsolutley no pressure.He's fantastic, I'll have to stop in just to say hi and keep in touch even tho your not just around the corner.

John was a great salesman, very helpful, not pushy, or smarmy. Really enjoyed working with him. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. We traded in our three vehicles for two used ones. Our salesman, John Weigel, worked hard to get us the prices we wanted. John is excellent to work with. We test drove three vehicles. When we finished with one vehicle, the next one was warmed up, and ready to go. John is very professional, and friendly. We have bought/leased many vehicles from Dave Arbogast over the years; and will continue to do so.

My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
Overall a good experience. The only thing that bothered me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. Then I heard the sales manager get loud when he was talking about the amount they wanted to give me for it. I think what they gave me for it was fair but when you can hear the sales manager being loud about it all the way across the building it kind of makes you feel like your product wasn't as good as what they told you up front. The salesman was great and I liked working with him. The finance department was great and explained everyting ver well. Overall not a bad transaction.

the dealership had the van we wanted, the price was right, the salesman was friendly and informative and treated us fairly. John was easy to work with and did not pressure us and we felt comfortable with him. We will reccommend him to our friends.There was problem with alignment so we had an appointment with customer service department directed by John and had the problem corrected to our satisfaction.

My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
In spite of the cold windy weather and constant downpour of snow I had a very pleasant experience at Dave Arbogast. They helped me find the car I was looking for and answered the questions I had. Their sales people were courteous and professional towards me, which I greatly appreciated. Further, they went out of their way to be both friendly and patient from the moment I stepped out of my car (the door was held open for me) till the moment I left (a firm handshake and a smile.) All of this helped turn what was a normal business transaction into what is now a well remembered trip. I would definitely recommend them if you want a friendly and low-pressure atmosphere in which to purchase or discuss automobiles.
