My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
Billy was great.Very low key, non-pushy, thorough, and personable. Stephen was great when I had my previous car in for big repairs and the new one to get mud flaps and door guards. He explained everything well. John didn't close the deal very well. He left the room several times to ask questions and I told him to start the payments on the 1st of the month. He said they would start May 1 but I got a notice from SPP that the payments start on 4/20.So except for the closing, I am very pleased with the process of buying my new car. I have bought all 3 of my Toyotas at Jon Lancaster.

Then with the finance pros like Matt, and the Sales Manager who offered us the deal that was just too good to pass up for the vehicle that both my wife and I fell in love with. We were very nervous when we walked in but David put us at ease and was very down to earth and honest. He made us a great deal on a new 2012 Camry and kept us in our budget (of course I wanted the bigger package but it was not in my price range but maybe next time). He was very respectful and curtious of all of our needs. It was just an allround happy experience. I love my new Camry, I can't wait to take it on a road trip! Thank you David I will be coming back to Toyota for my next car and recommend it to all my friends.

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
I originally started dealing with Jon Lancaster Toyota almost a month ago. From the get go we dealt with Trevor. We were in Hawaii at the time, stationed there, and dealing with a four hour time difference. I let him know we were military PCS-ing to the area and in search of a Toyota Venza... I had very specific requests on which one I wanted as well, from options to colors. They beat any other prices I could find within a two hour radius of where we were moving, greater Chicagoland included, by far. Not only that, they held the exact car I wanted for THREE WEEKS for me, without a deposit, until we got into the area. We drove up today and finalized the deal and picked up our Venza. Not only was our Venza exactly as promised, so was the price, and they were actually able to beat our personal banks rate by .29%, which no dealership has ever been able to do for us before. I really can't say enough positive things about the dealership, I've never encountered one with such great people to deal with and so much integrity. Trevor and the finance manager, John, were awesome. We love our car, we love the price we got it for, we LOVE our rate, and we're blown away by the customer service we were shown... from half a world away, until we got here to pick it up. It's really nice, esp when your military and have so much going on with such a huge move, to find a place that will genuinely work with you and get you what you want.

Shawn was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He was willing to work with us and provided the best price. When we set our financial terms he went to his financial team and found us a very competitive rate to meet our monthly payment requirements.
After the sale he has been in touch making sure we are satisfied and he also made sure we had what we needed to be able to do online scheduling of maintenance for the future.
I would recommend Shawn and Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Mike was our first contact. He showed us what we wanted to see without the heavy sell. John went out of his way to work with financing in order to get us in a new vehicle. Granted, it was not the model we started with but we are very pleased with the results. David helped us the day we came to pick up our new Corolla. He answered all our questions. He even took the plates I transfered over and scoured the rust off them! We have never driven Toyota before. I have high expectations that I am sure will be satisfied. Thanks, guys!

Tashi gave me excellent service in sales, providing a rapid, honest reply to my request for a Prius quote through the Consumer Reports Build and Buy program. Other dealers sometimes delayed or asked for more personal information before providing a direct quote--Tashi gave me the written quote immediately, then cheerfully answered my many questions.

Her price beat my local dealerships by more than $900, and what's more, she prepared everything for picking up the car via email messages and phone calls. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car (after a 5-hour bus ride), Tashi and John had all my paperwork ready to go, and made the purchase pleasant and enjoyable.

I would happily recommend Tashi, John and the whole dealership team to any of my friends looking for a new or used Toyota.
