Bought preowned Golf GTI for my son picked it up on 7/28/23 had to immediately bring it back to have the coils and plugs replaced on 7/28/23 since then. Hood latch replaced 8/23 Coils replaced agai 7/28/23 had to immediately bring it back to have the coils and plugs replaced on 7/28/23 since then. Hood latch replaced 8/23 Coils replaced again 8/23 Injectors and Carbon cleaning 9/23 cost 3K on a 13K car 50 days new to me. More

My lease was going to be up in two months. I need to lease a new car but I didn't have good experience with my current dealership so I was looking to go with a new one. After looking online I saw that Michael Simone has many great reviews I then took a chance. Setting up an appointment with him was quick and easy! During the inflation, everything went up especially due to the shortage of inventory, but Mike has the car I was looking to lease. Of course, the price went up but if you want a luxury vehicle you have to pay for it. We made a deal but I left the dealership because I had to fly overseas for some family matters. I didn't sign the contract when I was unsure of what I wanted to do and I didn't want him to hold the car for me when he had a chance to sell it to others. A month later I reach out to him and we made the deal. I just picked up my new baby yesterday she is: beautiful and really drives like a machine! Mike was very nice and honest as for the young man Brandon the tech professional. I treated them to a very nice lunch to show my appreciation! FYI: I was a car salesperson for ten years and that was 10 years ago and I know how this business works also it's very very hard to please me. I’ve contacted BBB and sent them the signed contract and no response. I did a review and they responded to everyone but me! They know what they did was illegal. I know a lot of single women who complained of the treatment after buying a car from them. This is my second time they have conned me. Because I’m not a rich male it’s whatever to me and my hard earned money. Beware of this company More
