I have been with Infiniti of Denver in the Finance Department for 5 years. I have been in the automotive industry for 15 years. I really enjoy working here for many reasons, including the longevity and consistency in the staff. It feels like a family, which makes it a really comfortable and fun place to work. I also really enjoy working with the clientele, especially the repeat and referral customers who trust me to guide them through our car purchasing process. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and two children. I also enjoy both skiing and snowboarding, hiking and traveling.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
After about a year of internet shopping and driving several different vehicles, I was welcomed to Infiniti of Denver with a pleasant "hello" from Stephen. He asked all the right questions to see what I was looking for and what and I wanted. After locating the vehicle I wanted, he not only offered a test drive, but took the time to tell/show me the ins and outs of the car. It wasn't your typical test drive either. Stephen took the time to show me all the components of the car whether it was safety features, powertrain, technology enhancements, etc. After the test drive, Stephen took the time to see what my best option was. We went through all the details of buying vs leasing a new vehicle. I was really aprehensive about going to dealerships and dealing with the typical sales person. From the moment I walked on the lot, I felt in like I was in good hands. I felt as though I was walking through the lot with a friend who only had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Infiniti of Denver to anyone in the market for a great car and great service!

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
The dealership is very friendly - everyone says hello, and smiles. My price quote was ready when I got to the dealership, and was a pleasant surprise - no haggle, just a great offer. Stephen was professional, courteous, and cognizant of my time. Jon explained the financing quickly and quite efficiently, and made it very understandable. Overall, this was truly one the best, if no the best dealer experiences I've had.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
Long story short, this is my third purchase - that should say it all.

If you are buying an Infiniti or a used vehicle in the Denver metro area, this dealer should be on your short list. I drive 600 miles from Jackson Hole WY to this dealer, when I could cut the drive in half for another Infiniti Dealership.

The sales and finance staff absolutely go out of their way and do whatever it takes to meet your needs, and I have found them to be TOTALLY transparent. The door is open to the owner/principal, the sales staff are super fast in returning calls & emails; I just have absolutely not one "wish" that would improve my experience.

When I am considering an auto purchase for myself, or assisting my adult children with one, my first choice would be Infiniti of Denver, and the folks I have dealt with there. You simply cannot go wrong.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
A lot of businesses talk about customer service, integrity, being your partner rather than someone who just takes your money, etc. Once they have your money, however, they tend to forget all of that, doing the minimum possible to placate you and get you out of their hair. It's especially true of car dealerships, many of whom have elevated lies and misdirection to an art form. How many of us can say we've enjoyed the car buying process, and that we feel we were treated fairly? Not many, and I certainly wouldn't have said so before buying from Infiniti of Denver.

We showed up just after closing time on Saturday, July 3rd. The dealership closed a little early that day for the holiday. I expected to be turned away, or at least pressured and hurried. As it turned out, John Motisi and the rest of Infiniti of Denver were patient with us, answering every question and never trying to speed us along, despite the fact that we were dressed very casually and probably didn't appear to be likely buyers.

The price for the FX 50S we were looking at was very reasonable and we were able to negotiate quickly, without the ridiculous games ("Oooooh... I don't know... my manager would kill me if he knew the deal I was trying to get you...") that most dealerships play. They were up-front with everything and there were no surprises while we were filling out the paperwork, something I've never experienced before.

They agreed to take care of a few small issues the car had, and even picked up and dropped off the car, supplying a loaner while they worked on it. One of the wood panels on the front passenger door was loose and I asked that they secure it. Not only did they do it, they replaced all 4 of the wood door panels to make sure that the color matched. I didn't even ask for that, they just did it. That is an amazing, above-and-beyond commitment to customer satisfaction. Most companies only talk about service like this. Infiniti of Denver actually delivers - not because they had to or because they want to make a sale, but because that's who they are.

Can you imagine how great a company would be if they actually delivered on the promises and hyperbole in their marketing materials? From my experience, I can say that Infiniti of Denver actually does, and then some. I whole-heartedly recommend Infiniti of Denver to anyone looking to buy a car.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
I would recommend anyone to purchase at Infinity of Denver. I had just come from a very bad experience at McDonald Audi and I was wary of car dealerships after that experience. Hal Taxin with Infinity of Denver was very kind, knowledgable, and he listened to my wants and needs. The whole sales team worked very hard to obtain what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I had a great experience at Infinity of Denver and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again. Awesome sales team, environment, and outcome.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the dealership that still had over six months of manufacturer's warranty. The dealership has proven very responsive to resolving some relatively minor problems that I discovered with the vehicle following my purchase. The staff has been professional and impressively courteous. I have been impressed enough that I have already recommended a family member to consider purchasing a car from this dealership.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
I am a loyal Infiniti driver - on my fourth lease with Infiniti of Denver. Yes, Infiniti makes great cars, a safe drive luxuriously filled with options. But the reason I keep returning to Infiniti of Denver is because of Jim Gourley in sales. Each time, I have called Jim to explain my priorities for the next lease, my budget, and ideal time frame to begin the lease. Jim patiently reviews the new features on the various models, targeting my ideal budget range. Test drives are fabulous with Jim pointing out the safety features and model options most important to me. No games with price offering - he and his team will offer terms that cannot be beat by other dealerships - even when I shop other companies outside of Infiniti cars. The paperwork process couldn't be easier or more comfortable than with John Friend, patiently explaining it all. I turn in my car, receive fabulous Infiniti loyalty perks, get a detailed tour of my new car's features, have my phone paired with the blue tooth, and off I go. A most pleasurable experience for what most consider a laborious process.

My Review of Infiniti of Denver:
I originally went into Infiniti of Denver just to gather information on the Infiniti G25x. I was home on a 2 week leave from Iraq and really did not need to purchase a car at that time. I had driven the G37 several times from Hertz and just loved the car, but I knew very little on the G25x. I did however know that I wanted to lease, if I did purchase. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Terry. He was very friendly when I met him. I told him I was home on leave from Iraq and only interested in checking out the G25x. So with no pressure he told me he had several to look at and took me to them. We found one and took it for a test drive. He showed me several of the features of the car before the test drive. While on the test drive he let me drive it hard to show me what the car can do, which really was the key selling point on the car. I had driven several AWD cars that just didn't handle like the AWD Infinity's. After we got back to the dealership, I was pretty much sold on the car, now it boiled down to payment and trade in on my car. I knew my car was good but not great. Having been a car salesman myself I kind of expected the games to start, but they never did. I filled out a credit app, knowing that my credit in the past was not the greatest. But he went to bat for me. I told him I was a member of USAA and he was able to get me a price on the new car I never expected. I had to leave at this point for an appointment but told him I would return. I thought he might take this as my way to get out of the deal and come up with some way to get me to stay, but he didn't, he let me go and I came back after my appointment. The finance offer had not come back at this point so he said he would call me the next morning if I got approved. The next morning I got a phone call saying that I was approved for the lease at the terms we discussed. I knew at this point I just had to get a little more money for my trade to get my payments where I wanted. I told him I would be down in a few hours. I showed up late due to traffic but he was still available to work with me. He also had the car all cleaned up for me and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I basically told him flat out that he was giving me too little for my trade and just couldn't let it go that low, so he went to his manager and came back with a much better offer. Now it was a matter of payment. I wanted to be as close to my old payment as possible, and he did it. So I said its a deal and waiting maybe 15 mins for finance. The finance manager, Jon Fruend, went over all of the options available but knowing it was a lease there was only one, the service plan. He went into every detail about the plan and I signed up for it. Afterwards Terry came back and we went over to the service department and introduced me to a service rep and told me if I have any issues to see him. Finally we went to my new car. Terry went over every option of my car. Including helping me set up my blue tooth for my phone. I discovered options I didn't know it had on the car. After I left, I couldn't stop smiling, this was my first brand new car and I could not have been happier with the whole process. Terry made me feel comfortable during the whole deal. Never once did I feel like Terry or Infiniti of Denver was out to screw me. I def will be back in 3 years when my lease is up and hopefully buy the car I really want the G37x. I believe that anyone who goes into their dealership will leave very happy with the deal and the car.
