My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
Jon Thompson was very prepared and Had great customer service skills. Jon and Brian Rea took time to ensure that we were happy with our new 2011 Venza. I called Jon my hero ,because he did everything he could to make the diffcult vechile buying process seem very easy.

This is the reason we keep coming back to Elk Grove Toyota because the outstanding employee's at this dealership. I plan to share with all of my family,freinds and facebook world the overall excellent experince we had with Elk Grove Toyota.

We couldn't be more happy with our new 2011 Venza and freindships we had made with Jon and Brian. We just wany to say THANK YOU for everything you have done for us.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
From my first conversation with Jon Thompson about the kind of vehicle I was interested in purchasing to the time that I drove my new truck off the lot, this was a very positive experience. My Tacoma was ordered as I wanted it and was on the lot the next day. When I went to pick it up it was exactly as I specified with no exceptions.
From the initial paperwork and credit application to signing the finance contract, the entire team was very helpful. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
If there would exist "MORE THAN GREAT" on this scale I would still look for a better rating. I want to state this from the beginning: I am not associated with any type of car sells buy I am very passionate when I choose and buy my cars.
I found at Elk Grove Toyota the most professional people in the car sells that I dealt with in the last 10 years. There was no "fulling around", no games played, no "let me call another manager" or ugly tricks that other dealers are playing. I felt that I was treated with the highest level of respect. I am mostly an internet buyer. When I spoke on the phone with John and with Scott they gave me the best deals that exist in Northern California (and believe me that I checked many dealers). There were no back and forth phone calls (more than normal - although I think that I called more than I should have). They helped me to find the best price, colors and options.
If you are looking to be treated with respect, to work with knowledgeable, professional people I assure you that you will find that at Elk Grove Toyota.

I will rate them also, but since you are reading this I should mention also that I had a horrible experience at San Rafael Toyota (see my rate for them). And at Burlingame Toyota the internet sale person told me that "due to what happened in Japan our car prices will go up 1000 starting today". If you want to take all this @#$%$ stay in Bay Area. If you want to find the best of all: go to Elk Grove!!!

On the other hand: inside of the dealership you will have the feeling that everybody cares. The receptionists are very respectful, Mr Martin presented me the car so nice that you will think that he designed everything on it - he knows it and will not let things go until you are confident that you understood it. Mrs Debra in finance took her time to go with me over stuff and she answered my questions with knowledge and passion.

The dealership is so clean that you think that it was just open yesterday.

Guaranteed the best experience ever.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
We have been driving Toyotas since 1972, starting with a Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. The sales experience was at the most satisfactory.
Then we purchased a Sienna from Elk Grove Toyota and Mark Fusselman ... what a wonderful change. Mark made us feel that we were special to him and provided us with service beyond anything we had experienced before. With that in mind when we decided to trade the Sienna for a new Venza there was no hesitation in choosing Elk Grove Toyota and Mark for the purchase. We were not disappointed ... Once again Mark responded to our every need with over the top professional service, including helping setup the remote switches for the garage and gate openers. We will certainly not consider any other company when it comes time to make our next choice.
