Jonathan Chan at San Francisco Toyota Scion

Went to Jonathan on the recommendation of a colleague who had purchased several vehicles from him, as did our office. Couldn't be more pleased. Was undecided between a Prius or a Camry. Jonathan was very patient in providing a number of different quotes and after doing our homework, we realized that he was more than competitive on every quote. When we went to see him, he was professional, and there was no pressure to buy. We required a bit more paperwork than usual to get our car and he was very understanding and responsive to our requirements. Highly recommended.

Easy to work with. Very competitive pricing. Good selection of clors and options. No pressure in the sales cycle to buy 'extras'. Closing transaction was smooth and was done in under an hour.

This is the 2nd car I purchased from Jonathan Chan. In 2007, I purchased a new Toyota Corolla and I recently went back to Jonathan to purchase a 2012 Prius. He gave us a great price as I had already done my homework visiting various online websites. I live in Walnut Creek but could not get a good price on a Prius from our local Toyota dealers and this is why I went back to Jonathan and he was able to meet the price ranges that I had researched.

I purchased a 2012 Camry Hybrid from Jonathan Chan at SF Toyota. The price was excellent, I got the car in a timely manner and the entire process was much more pleasant than the usual car buying experience. I have been taking my 2003 Highlander in to this dealer for servicing for years and was pleased to have a nice sales department as well.

We bought a Toyota Highlander from SF Toyota through a broker Cartelligent. The transaction went well. We got exactly the color and options we wanted at a great price, and Jonathan was very helpful afterwards when Toyota Financial had problems running our credit reports. We will go to SF Toyota whenever we have questions or need help -- and definitely will return to Cartelligent to buy another Toyota, hopefully from SF Toyota!

SF Toyota and Jonathan Chan were fantastic in every way! Great price and great service. I knew what colors and options I wanted and they didn't try to talk me into anything else. I did my research and Jonathan helped me get exactly what I wanted. SF Toyota exceeded my expectations on every front. I won't waste time going anywhere else for my next Toyota.
