We just recently purchased our first Audi and we love it. The car and service are exceptional. Jonathan helped us with every question and concerns we had. He was very friendly, patient with us and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Bell Audi to everyone the experience was amazing.

Awesome service by the best in the business! Employees know how to ensure that you Audi is running at its best. I would not go anywhere else in NJ. Jonathan was very personable and recommended the rights service for my S5.

Jason and Jonathon were a pleasure to work with. Jason gave me a reasonable amount for my trade-in, comparable to its blue book value, he showed me all the features in my new car, he put on my temp tag for me, he made sure that the car was taken to the body shop and that significant defects were fixed before I picked up the vehicle. He was also very personable and easy to deal with. I will definitely purchase my next Audi from Jason, and continue going through Jonathon for service.

This is my 6th Audi 6, and the 5th purchased at Bell. I followed them from their former Rahway location to their current location in Edison, N.J. I've had all of these vehicles serviced at Bell and am always very satisfied. Again yesterday, the car was picked up on time by valet service, work was performed as requested, called to notify me when work was done without problem and with no unexpected issues. Car was then returned by valet service. From the 1st call to arrange service, thru the return of my car, it worked like a charm. Lawrence gelber

Jonathan is a very knowledgeable employee, very friendly and always accomodating. Being helped by Jonathan certainly helps in enhancing the overal experience at Bell audi. Complaints are taken very seriously and addressed immediately. Great job, well done and keep it up!

Jonathan was extremely helpful in showing me how to work with the electronics of my Audi that had been puzzling me since I had the car. He made it easy and seemed to truly enjoy teaching me rather than being condescending and getting rid of me. Kudos to him.

Had my S4 serviced here and could not recommend them more highly. This is my 4th Audi and I have been to a number of dealers, and only had mediocre experiences. Jonathan was extremely helpful and friendly. Pick up and drop off of loaner car could not have been smoother. Thumbs up for Bell Audi!

I had the car appointment just a few days after the hurricane Sandy. Surprisingly Bell Audi were open and I took my car for an oil consumption test. From the time i entered the shop Jonathan was very friendly with me and made sure my loaner is ready for me to pick up. As soon as the car was ready for a pickup, he called me and explained everything that was done on the car. When I went for the pickup he explained me again with the questions I had. I would definitely take my car again to Bell Audi.

I have been dealing with Bell Audi since we purchased our daughter her first car, a 2007 Audi A4 back in May, 2009. Since the purchase, the vehicle has been back for numerous service issues and I have never been as pleased as I was on my last visit, dealing with Jonathan Kiwacz. Jonathan made the whole process entirely painless and smooth. He went above and beyond to insure that I was 100% satisfied, not only with the repair, but the entire process, from beginning to end. He put me at ease, understood my issues, called me every step along the way and explained the process and repair in language which made it clear to understand. I would recommend Bell Audi service department and I look forward to dealing with Jonathan in the future.

I have been taking my car in for service for a number of years at this dealership. Jonathan, was the very first advisor that I dealt with when I took my car there for the first time and I am always happy with the level of customer service he provides. He takes the time to explain in detail, the nature of the work being done or that needs to be done. I always feel I am in good hands when I deal with Jonathan. I have dealt with other advisors, but it's to the point where when I call to make an appointment, I always request Jonathan. Quite frankly he is the reason I keep returning to Bell Audi. I have other friends who own and drive Audi's and I always recommend Bell Audi for their service needs. I have dealt with other Audi Dealers in the Tri-State Area and no one compares to Bell Audi.

P.S. - Carl the Service Manager is fantastic - any issues I may have, he makes a non-issue. I have a lot of Confidence in Bell Audi, which is why I remain loyal.
