HORRIBLE! !!! They wouldn't work with us on pricing, they advised us that the extended warranty we purchased would be 8yrs. After arriving home, I called to con !!! They wouldn't work with us on pricing, they advised us that the extended warranty we purchased would be 8yrs. After arriving home, I called to confirm the warranty with the company and the dealership made it for only 2 years!! I called the dealership back, they then could only change the warranty to 5 years, REFUSED to do the 8 years they charged us for! They refused to give us any money back! Also, they said the vehicle didn't need any work, 1 week after I had to get new rotors and pads bc they were rusted through! I called after I found this out, asking to speak to MULTIPLE people and managers, NO ONE will call me back. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself and favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Lies, Lies, Lies! Horrible!!! More

The truth is I was barely in the dealership but that's a good thing:) I was able to complete the entire transaction over the internet and only picked up the vehicle on a Sunday. Jeff Penn was more than terrific in helping me secure an incredibly priced truck I had been looking around for 2 years! He kept me informed of vehicle availability over the course of several weeks. He even came in early to start the transaction and met me on his day off when I picked up the vehicle. You can not get better service than that! Thank you Jeff! More
