Jonathan Zirbel at McKenney Salinas Honda Mitsubishi

This was my best experience ever with a dealership! Have dealt with other dealerships in the area, but they could never measure up to McKenney-Salinas.

Found the car I wanted on line at McKenney-Salinas. I called to make sure the car was still available and spoke with Jessica Fisher, who went to check to make sure that the car would be ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. When I pulled into the lot, there was the car with a card with my name on it; Jessica had reserved the car for me! Unbelievable? What amazing customer service! We, (my husband and I), were greeted at the door by the sales manager, Jonathan Zirbel and then introduced to Lance Black our sales associate. Lance went with us for a test drive (loved the car). We returned and started filling out the paperwork. We agreed on a fair price (my payments are exactly where I wanted them to be), Lance then turned over the necessary information to Chris Pressley, the finance manager so he could start on the contract. I was trading in my old vehicle and had looked up the current Bluebook value on that. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in (very happy about that as well).

From the time we arrived to the time all papers were signed and I was driving off of the lot with my new car? 2 hours! That is a record!

Everyone at McKenney-Salinas was so professional, incredibly pleasant and very efficient! These are quality people!

I hope to have my new car for many years but will be returning to McKenney-Salinas for any other family vehicles in the future. I would recommend McKenney-Salinas to anyone and everyone!

This dealership over-delivered. NOT your typical car buying experience. They fulfilled all promises made - and got me in and out quickly! I knew what I was looking for - and spoke with the dealership over the phone. They had the model that I was searching for - and gave me top $ for my trade in. Great team - and again - exceeded my expectations! If you are suspect a "typical" car buying experience - you will be pleasantly surprised here.

I can honestly say that I have purchased more cars in my lifetime than I should admit but my most recent experience was the finest by so far it can't even be measured. The staff at McKenney Salinas Honda is unbelievably wonderful. Hands down, the absolute best car buying experience ever. Starting with Jonathan Zirbel who I originally spoke with over the phone, the customer service was outstanding. Eddie Jarvis has to be the sweetest, most up front & honest man you could ever deal with. Roger Hoyle was thorough, yet quick in the finance office and as we all know, you want nothing more than a quick trip through the finance office to get into that new car! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership. I got the EXACT car I wanted in minimal time, no haggling & friendly faces all the way around. What more could you ask for?! I will most definitely refer everyone I know.

Wonderful experience buying the new vehicle. Able to work out the deal & accessories through email and a couple phone calls. Got exactly what we aggreed on with no problem. Everyone was up front, nice, and a pleasure to work with!!

I had been searching to find a car perfect for me for a few months and had some questionable experiences with other dealerships. I originally contacted the dealership via the internet. CJ Called me back with straightforward information and answered my questions. I later got more information from CJ and Jonathan and this encouraged me to make a 2 hour drive to this dealership. I was worried about whether I would face a "bait and switch" situation but I took a chance. Jonathan introduced me to Eddie who is one of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. I was shown the exact cars that I had discussed on the phone. The whole buying experience was straightforward and I believe everyone was fair and honest with me. I love my new car and I appreciate the people I worked with and I am spreading the word to everyone I know to go see "my people" in Gastonia.

Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and genuinely seemed to interested making sure I was happy. The car I purchased was not the most expensive Honda, but they treated me as if was had bought an expensive car.
I also did not feel pressured to buy a car. I had price-shopped this car on the Internet with several dealerships and McKenny Salinas had the best price on their quote. I told the other dealerships that they had been out quoted but their second quote did not equal that McKenny had quoted.

I primarily dealt with their internet team. They were not your typical pushy sales associates, there were no gimmicks, just great service, courteous, and competitive price.

Our experience at McKenney Salinas Honda Mitsubishi was excellent. First and foremost, they delivered on what they promised and this was very refreshing. Secondly, everyone worked together as a team and it was very apparent that the employees respect one another and this makes for a great customer experience. Jasper was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and spent 45 minutes demonstrating every feature before we even took it out on the road. This was very helpful because now I know how to operate everything. The actual credit application process was easy (although I unsuccessfully tried submitting my application online prior to coming into the dealership but the online application was down - my only feedback is to get that fixed so that it is smoother when customers come in). Jonathan Zirbel worked with us many months prior to coming into the dealership and we appreciated his responsiveness, patience, knowledge and follow-up. Many thanks to Jasper, Roger and Jonathan for making this a painless process. We will never go anywhere else when purchasing these brands and will recommend all of our friends and family - a true testament to our positive experience.

I had been to another Honda dealership and was not happy with the amount they were giving me for my trade-in so I decided to call McKenney Honda and they said they would beat any price if I would buy a car from them. I was not really sure until I went to the dealership and they worked very hard to get me as much money as they could for my trade-in and also gave me an excellent deal on the 2012 Pilot. I was very pleased with my overall experience and I would recommend McKenny Honda to my family and friends.
