My son and I went to purchase his first car on Saturday and I have to say the service we received was beyond outstanding. Both the sales manager, Lamont Stevenson and the Internet sales manager, Tami Boone and I have to say the service we received was beyond outstanding. Both the sales manager, Lamont Stevenson and the Internet sales manager, Tami Boone, who helped set up the deal before our trip on Saturday went above and beyond, catering to our every need. It was without a doubt the smoothest, most efficient and satisfying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They exceeded all of my expectations and I would rate them above a 5 star if I had the option. Even the finance manager worked with us to expedite the paperwork, met us at the sales managers desk for a couple of signatures and we were on our way. As we prepared to leave we found the car inside where Lamont had already had it washed, cleaned, filled the tank and put a big red bow on it for my son. Just an Awesome experience. More

THE Best Car Buying Experience EVER! My husband and I visited back in February to test-drive the new Honda Passport. We were specifically there to test-drive with the intentions of return My husband and I visited back in February to test-drive the new Honda Passport. We were specifically there to test-drive with the intentions of returning at a later time to purchase. Our salesman, Eddie Jarvis, rode along, giving us his card when we left. No pressure, no tricks, no games. Last Saturday, we returned as promised, asked for Eddie, went for another drive and afterwards, I told Eddie to see how fast we could get this done because I didn't want to sit around all day! He fulfilled my request along with Bobby Ford and the finance manager, Johnathan Zirbel, by wrapping things up in under two hours. This is our second experience with McKenney Salinas and both have been the best experiences in buying cars that we have had. From the comfort of the showroom, Eddie's down home demeanor, financing terms, and quick paper work, this is hands-down the best dealership that we have ever dealt with. Thank you! More

fantastic dealership with staff that goes above and beyond So this is my second purchase from McKenney-Salinas Honda. I have no idea where so many bad reviews are coming from though to each their own I guess. So this is my second purchase from McKenney-Salinas Honda. I have no idea where so many bad reviews are coming from though to each their own I guess. I checked out other Honda dealers before my first visit/purchase at MS Honda and even visited a coworkers highly recommended dealer before my second purchase at MS Honda (since I was not treated with any priority past the initial test drive at that other dealer). The bottom line is the McKenney-Salinas Honda is not only the the best Honda dealer in the Charlotte area but is hands down the best new/used vehicle dealership I’ve ever visited for any and all of my vehicle inquiries, test drives, and purchases since moving to NC. Yeah sure those other dealers may have more cars but they definitely don’t treat you like family like MS Honda does. No pressure, no games or haggling, just very friendly salespeople and a super smooth and easy finance process. Service department is also fantastic as I never spend more than 45 minutes in the waiting room, barely having time to get a free coffee and browse around the showroom. I bought my Civic from Pete Kienlen in 2015. He was so good and made the normally difficult car buying process completely so stress free that I came back to buy my 2019 Insight from Pete again! Jonathan Zirbel really helped get the numbers to where I could afford this car knowing it is so new that Honda didn’t have any incentive to buy it - other than the crazy good gas mileage!! Then Chris Pressley and Steven Johnson worked with me on all the paperwork. It was super quick, definitely less than 10, possibly less than 5 minutes! Awesome! Congrats to all at MS Honda you now have a customer for life! Keep up the great work! I will get at least one more Honda from you before my kids will need their Hondas in a few years :) More

However, after meeting and talking with Ted Anderson at McKenney Salinas Honda, we were instantly reassured that we had found the right dealership and the right car. Ted and staff at McKenney made the entire process painless, and actually very pleasant. After a test drive, the numbers on the new car and our trade were presented factually and professionally as opposed to nothing being presented in writing at the other dealerships. We felt the deal offered was exceptional. Overall, our treatment at McKenney Salinas Honda was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
