My Review of Metro Toyota:
We've purchased/leased a number of Toyotas from Metro. All of the people named above plus Toyota's continuing quality, are the reason we keep coming back. To us Mary, Jordan, Keith and Jon represent all of the best that Metro has to offer. Their honesty, integrity and committment to customer service are the best we've seen anywhere. Prior to retirement I spent 35 years in auto claims for a major insurance company and have dealt with a large number of dealerships. Metro Toyota is what I've always thought a dealer could and should be. Believe me, there's a number of American make dealerships that should be taking notes. From sales, finance, and service the experience is always excellent.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
My husband and I had a hard time coordinating schedules. Jordan and Dan tag teamed us to provide great service and help us find the right car. They made us feel comfortable with no pressure and really worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend both salesmen, and would definitely buy a vehicle from them again. After looking for 7 mos. it was refreshing to get the whole package (deal, service, and no pressure).

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Metro Toyota with Jordan Simpson. It is always a no pressure type business transaction when working with Jordan. Jordan and the dealership goes above and beyond the call compared to other dealerships to make sure the vehicle you are buying is in the best of shape and you feel good about the price that was agreed on. I would recommend Jordan and Metro Toyota to all my friends. In fact I will!

My experience with Metro Toyota was a good one. I had purchased my other toyota there in 2004.I remembered the sales person being friendly but no pressure was added, which made me feel comfortable. One thing most people, especially me can't tolerate are pushey, overbearing sales people in any business.
Jordan was very kind and professional. I am will tell people it is worth the drive.

I was looking for a car and have owned a Toyota Avalon. I saw an '11 online offered by Metro Toyota. When I called w/some questions abt it, I spoke to Jordan Simpson.

He couldn't have been nicer and called me with the info I requested. It turned out that the car was already sold. He then told me of another car that might be of interest. It sounded great. My husband and I drove over to Kalamzoo and met Jordan and test drove the car. It was great and the price was fair.

We enjoyed the experience and felt confidence in Jordan. He was not high pressure and seemed to be so genuine. I would recommend this dealership.

Jordan Simpson was easy to work with and was not pushy. He did not pressure us into buying anything we were not comfortable with. He listen to us and tried to meet our requests the best he could. Jon Griffith had all our financial paperwork ready when we arrived; all we had to do was sign. Metro Toyota made buying a car easy and stress free.

Overall my experience with Metro Toyota was great. They offered me a great price for my trade in, and also offered a good price for my purchase. After numerous emails discussing pricing and details, I was finally able to make the 5 hour drive up to the dealership. Once I got there everything was exactly as it was described to me in the emails. The car was completely cleaned, and the pricing that was discussed was also the same. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely do business with them again or recommend them to a friend.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Jordan Simpson is an excellent person to deal with (over in used cars), very pleasant, down to earth and overall a very honest guy whose overall goal is to keep his customers satisfied and loyal. My fiance and I are very tough people to deal with when it comes to departing with our money, even for something so necessary as a vehicle. However, Jordan displayed a strong character who understood our needs, budget and wants. In the end, Jordan was able to delivery the right vehicle, even though this required finding a vehicle that was not on inventory. He was able to get something to fit our needs, budget and satisfied our wants with excellent warranty! I am grateful and now believe to call Jordan "My Guy" for our future car needs. The ambiance at the dealership is friendly with no high pressure sales. Everyone there seemed to work as a unit rather than jump on customers the minute they're left alone for a possible sale. I strongly suggest this dealership and Jordan in particular! I have dealt with the service department before and they provide top notch customer service along with top notch work. Strongly recommend.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
I had to replace my 2009 Vibe that was totalled in an accident, I had been searching every where for the perfect replacement, I wanted a 2008 or newer Impala LT and knew exactly what I wanted. I found one here via the internet. I only had the money from the insurance company and didn't have any extra and was not going to take a loan out as I had just recently paid my Vibe in full. The Impala was listed at a great price compared to other dealerships but was still about $1,000 more then what I could do being I had to include taxes and title and plates. Jordan was able to get approval for us to purchase the car if we decided we liked it, before we made the 1 hour 10 min drive to go look at it.

He had it waiting all washed for us and it was a spotless car and drove wonderfully. I LOVE MY CAR and he and the management made my stressful situation of totaling my other car a pleasant ending to a stressful 2 weeks.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants and expects great customer service, friendly and personable and quick with getting things done so you can drive away with your new car. :-)
