Jose was very nice and relaxed. Houston did a great job walking me through signing the paperwork. My only complaint was the smell of the vehicle. It had been sprayed with some type of air freshener, but you could tell there was still an odd smell. When I got home, I looked in the compartment where the spare tire sits, and it was full of food, socks, and other trash. Something had been spilled and had rotted. The smell was so bad, I tore out the soiled piece of padding and scrubbed the entire area. It still smells terrible and I am afraid I will need to have it professionally detailed to remove the smell. They made the vehicle look very clean, but once I dug deeper, I could see it was not what it appeared. - James Ellis More
