My Review of Lexus of Edison:
If you are looking for an honest salesman, who truly cares about finding the vehicle that is best for you, go see Joseph Giaconia! My experience from the moment I walked into Lexus of Edison, by far exceeded all of my expectations. Usually a bit leery of shopping at car dealerships, my feelings of frustration and hesitation were immediately put at ease with Joe. He exuded confidence and knowledge, as well as patience that I have never encountered when dealing with a car salesman before, and that is extremely refreshing! Lexus should be very proud of having an employee like Joseph with an attitude and work ethic such as his. I look forward to meeting with Joe again to finalize my purchase, and will not only keep him in mind for future purchases, but I will absolutely refer him to others as well!

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
Had an excellent experience buying a car at Lexus of Edison. Our salesmen was Joseph Giaconia and I recommend that if anyone goes to this dealer to deal with this guy, no matter if your buying a 50k Lexus or a 10k used car he will treat you the same and dedicate time to your questions without being pushy or trying to rush you. We bought a 2011 Honda Accord and we were made to feel comfortable being offered coffee, snack just as if we were buying an expensive Lexus. I have bought cars in Open Road BMW and Ray Catena and to me I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as I did with everyone I dealt with at this dealer from the salesmen to the finance manager and that's why I am writing this review.

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
I have been wanting to purchase a Lexus SUV since i can remember but due to financial reasons i wasn't able to. Thanks to LEXUS OF EDISON today i have my dream SUV, the Lexus RX350. This SUV is absolutely gorgeous. The overall buying experience was perfect due to their professionalism. The minute we walked in they made us feel like we were VIP. Joseph Giaconia (Sales Consultant)and Jason Hiraiwa (Financial Service Manager) were both wonderful people. Their friendliness, courteousness and sense of humor made this whole buying ordeal fun and easy. We felt very comfortable and well appreciated. Their commitment to the customers is beyond words. They stayed past 8pm and worked tirelessly to work out payments that fit our budget. We are extremely happy with our deal. We want to thank the entire team of LEXUS OF EDISON. You guys exceeded all our expectations. I would definately with eyes shut, recommend this dealership and without a doubt continue to be a customer.
