Joseph Roletter at Pacifico Ford

On 4/12/13 I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I've been coming to this Ford dealership for the longest time. Joe has always given me the best customer service! Even if I'm a little late for the appointment he is there with a smile!!! He's an asset to your company!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The service manager was very informative as to time that it would take to complete the job and was on schedule. I liked the organized layout of the department, such as driving your car into the garage and the associates go thru a
check as soon as you pull in.

Joe is always friendly and make sure the work gets done is timely manner. If I have any questions he make sure we get the correct answers.

I trust the service. All employees are friendly and professional. I wait for my vehicle and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable.
And coffee is a plus too! Don't know if it is a planned procedure but I had the same service employee as I did on my last visit..that is a GREAT idea. I didn't feel like I had to explain what had to be done. He actually remembered me. Made me feel like a valued customer! Kudos to Joe Roletter!

It was time for my annual state emission and safety inspection, there service received from Pacifico Ford and Joe Roletter was second to none. I felt not only was the inspection done, but the car was completely checked over above and beyond the state requirements for inspection. I would recommend this dealer and service department.

The staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Rocky goes above and beyond expectation. He treats everyone as family. There was a recall on the 2013 escape, he kept me up to date on what Ford was doing.

Joe Roletter is very friendly and helpful. He kept me up to date on the recall of the 2013 escape. The problem was fixed in a very timely manner when Ford told him what the problem was.

Everytime I come to this dealer everyone is friendly and helpful. The pricing could be a little chapter but for the service I receive it is worth a few extra bucks. They are up front with the pricing so you know before you pay.got to love that. Thanks Pacifico and Joe Roletter.
