Josh Brewer at Mtn View Chevrolet

Driving to Canada from Florida our Ford Freestyle car broke down on the I-75 at Chattanooga and a tow truck took us to Mountain View Ford across the street from Mountain View Chevrolet. They told us after a 5 hour wait at the Ford Dealership the car would cost $7,000. US to fix and it would take four months to get another transmission. Obviously we couldn't wait, and decided we would buy another car so asked to speak with a salesman. The salesman at Ford advised us he wouldn't be able to sell us a car, even under our difficult circumstances and basically washed his hands of us, not caring or suggesting anything more for us to do. We noticed the Chevrolet Dealer across the street and walked over to talk with them. We met with Will Bryant and explained to him our situation, and again were told they wouldn't be able to sell us a car either because of a cross border agreement between dealers. However, Will did go and talk with a Manager for us, and after some discussions and phone calls it was determined that under these extreme circumstances they would sell us a car after all. Thank goodness for their help. Joshual Brewer was also very helpful as was Craig Brown. So after deciding how it could be paid for, and what paperwork was required we were on the road the next day. The only reason the overall experience wasn't marked a 5-Great, was that the second key to the car with a fob to open the doors was dropped on the showroom floor by a salesman and broke all over the place, it was not able to be repaired and was not replaced because they didn't have another one!?. Also, we were charged a lot of money (over $600. US to dispose of our Ford car which was still parked across the street, and instead I think they should have suggested we call a wrecker ourselves and been paid by the wrecker for our car a minimum of $300. according to the ads we saw after the fact. Anyway, the only way we were able to get home in a timely manner was because of the caring and thoughtful sales team at Mountain View Chevrolet.

Both salesmen were very professional and helpful.If I ever need another vehicle you all would be one of the first dealership I approach. I have also spoken highly of you all to my friends.

First of all, it was a HOT day and there was 3 of us and they gave each one a bottle of water. I've never had that happen before, no matter how hot it was! And Josh Brewer was the nicest person to me and helped me every way he could. I was very satisfied with him. Also, all the people that worked there was very friendly!

Mr. Brewer was very courteous and very helpful in finding me a good deal for my car. I am over 100 miles from Chattanooga and we still were able to communicate effectively and he managed to get all the paperwork available so that I had a car to drive when I arrived in town. He and Mr. Hartmann were very patient and I appreciate them.

I am a long time customer of Mtn view chevy. My husband & I were looking for a second vehicle and Josh to the rescue!
I explained that it was my dream to have a SUV-a cool
mom vehicle. We told him our downpayment and monthly payment desires. I had almost given up hope when
I received a call from Josh stating he hadn't forgot about me & found something for me.

Joshual Brewer was very nice and courteous. He was very friendly and he made me feel very comfortable when I came down to speak with him. My daughter bought a car from Joshual weeks earlier and she recommended him to me. When I met Joshual to my surprise he remembered my daughter when I mentioned her to him, not too many sales agents could/would do that at other car places. So needless to say, the whole overall experience was great and I would recommended my friends and family to go down to MTN View Chevrolet to purchase a car and to ask for Joshual Brewer!! I love my new chevy sonic and all the gadgets I get use such as my hands free telephone. I think that is the coolest thing, my car has its on telephone number, WOW. All of my friends and family members think that my car is the greatest thing they have ever saw. This spring I will be taking it to Gatlinburg, Tennesse, this will be the very first time ever on the highway with it. I was extremely pleased with my buying experience at Mountain View Cheverolet and the professionalisn. The staff worked hard to secure the type of vehicle that I wanted along with the desired acessories. The negotiations were handled in a corteous manner and I would recommend this dealership top my friends. The upgrades to the showroom and facilities did not go unoticed as well. As a result of the staff and pleseant experience Mountain View Cheverolet would be my supplier of choice for future purchases.

Josh Brewer was very friendly, knowledgable and extemely helpful in getting us into our new truck. It was by far the best experience I have had when buying a vehicle. I could not have asked for a more friendly, helpful, and pressure free experience at the dealership. Everyone from the sales staff to the finance staff made this a stress free and fun experience.
