Mostly Marty along with the rest of the Toyota team Marty has worked with as a team have gone way beyond my expectations always making sure I was perfectly happy with my vehicle choices & special situation c has worked with as a team have gone way beyond my expectations always making sure I was perfectly happy with my vehicle choices & special situation coordinating the installation of my new hand controls with Mobility Works. Plus making sure I & my VET always had adequate transportation to get us around in the meantime. Marty went through a great deal of extra hurdles dealing with waiting on The New Hand Controls arriving at & getting installed by Mobility Works. This is my 3rd Toyota RAV 4 plus we purchased a Toyota Tacoma from the White River Toyota. Marty always made us very comfortable & answering all our questions.Marty has incredible Patience ! 5 stars doesn’t cover Marty & all his research getting us just what we want. He deserves 100+ Stars. I / we have continually praised Marty & WR Toyota Service for their incredible dedication to the customer & their needs to many hopeful future customers. Marty is the best. He definitely goes that extra mile with recommendations for his customers. Thank You ! Marty ! More

Josh is the reason we bought our new car at WRT. Probably the best person I have ever worked with at a Toyota dealership. Why? First, Josh is honest, knowledgeable, clear and direct. No games. Secondly, he has the rare ability to think "out of the box" and find creative solutions. This is particularly important with many vehicles in short supply. Finally, he is ethical and a great listener. He understands customer concerns and works to make the car buying process enjoyable and as painless as possible. WRT and Toyota are fortunate to have Josh as a dedicated employee. I can't thank Josh enough for all his help and kindness. We love our new Toyota! More

I went from a Chevy Tracker which I liked but where I live it couldn’t survive another winter or pass inspection so I thought I’d try the RAV4. I knew when I sat in it I was going to be happy.
