Our experience with Jennings has been great. We worked with Josh, and he was so friendly and helpful. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We love our new Chevy Malibu! We recommend Jennings to anyone that is car shopping!

Test drove a couple of cars there was no hard sell. They did not have the color in the model we wanted with the options we wanted and we opted to go for a more expensive model that was our choice.

SWEET. Took ALOT of time with me. Was unsure of or what car to buy. Actually I wanted to buy the Camaro but the wife wasn't haven't it, so had to made a more practical choice and went with the Impala. Didn't feel pressured. Didn't feel obligated. They were lucky cause I was determined to buy a car that day anyway. (Josh was willing to jump in a blow up jumper). Paid more than I wished to spend, but have done that before with every Chevy I/we have bought and have learned to not regret it. So I hope that Chevy will relax me again. Will buy another car again with them again especially if we get a return buyer/ loyalty discount. Trailblaser will be next.

I rated Jennings a 5 because they were upfront, honest, flexible. They even went above and beyond by filling the tank with gas!! I highly recommend them!!

Josh is a great young man to work with. He is knowledgable, professional, courteous, efficient and respectful. He knows his business well. It was a pleasure to have him as our sales person and an honor to work with the entire Jennings team.

We entered into this car purchase not knowing what brand or model we were looking for, let alone what dealership we were going to deal with. We were looking at the Equinox, Tucson, CRV and a few others in the same category. I started my search late on a Saturday night and received a reply from Jennings very quickly. I was thankful that most of the correspondence was done by e-mail and everyone respected the fact that we were still researching. Since the dealership is close by, my daughters and I made an unscheduled visit to test drive an Equinox. We did not feel rushed and test drove a number of models. Once we had decided on the Equinox, most negotiations took place by e-mail which save a lot of time and energy. We felt that we were given a very fair price from the start so it made our decision to go with an Equinox from Jennings a relatively easy one.

The actual purchase of the Equinox was quick and efficient. My wife and I did not feel pressured into additional purchases which is the part of car buying I normally dread. Throughout the entire process everybody involved was friendly, courteous and professional. At no point did we experience the pushiness or pressure I have normally associated with car buying. I would heartily recommend Jennings Chevrolet.

After doing a lot of online research about the reputation of dealerships (and there are a lot of crummy dealerships out there), I decided to visit the Ford dealership in Glenview and a Chevrolet dealership elsewhere. During the Ford test drive, we passed Jennings Chevrolet's storage yard. I didn't really feel like driving a great distance to visit the Chevrolet dealership I had selected online, so I decided to go over to Jennings. I wasn't really sure where they were located, so I hadn't done any online research beforehand.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt like a welcomed addition to the Jennings customer family. Josh Dessent patiently listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and in no time, I was test driving an Equinox. I liked it much more than the Ford Edge, but I wasn't quite ready to buy until I had more time to think about it. Josh was very knowledgeable and never pressured me to buy the vehicle. In fact, no one did. The folks at this dealership are very laid back in a good way, and they do not use high pressure sales tactics that I really can't stand dealing with. They made my experience very enjoyable.

In less than a week I was back, ready to buy. Again, Josh was very helpful and patient as we rode out to the storage yard to look over their stock for a vehicle that fit my requirements. While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I was willing to compromise on a few features and went home a happy Jennings customer. This time I had some interaction with Dion Fain and Davis De Treville, and both took the time to explain the numbers to me and were very honest and straightforward.

I would certainly recommend Jennings Chevrolet to anyone. My experience was very enjoyable, dealing with honest, straightforward, no-pressure people. In a world of corporate-owned chain car dealerships chasing the almighty dollar, the family-owned (since 1958) Jennings Chevrolet is a breath of fresh air.
