The Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence provides excellent customer service. Their Internet Team is excellent - we have worked with them more than once, and each time, the level of customer service we receive is outstanding!

They are very knowledgable - you can defintiely rely on their expertise when making a decision what car to buy. They are very thorough with providing information and answering questions. If they don't have an immediate answer, they do the research and find the information for you. They are prompt with their services.

Their customer service after the purchase is also outstanding. They take care of you if you have any questions or experience any issues.

They go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy with their purchase and after.

We recently purchased our third Honda from Wyler Honda in Florence (our second in four months!!) For each of our last two purchases, we worked primarily with Josh Handelsman - and he was FANTASTIC on both occasions!! I highly recommend Josh - he was very patient with us as we worked through a CR-V purchase (for 2-3 weeks). We first drove several pre-owned/used but soon realized it would definitely be much more beneficial for us to purchase new, given the equity in CR-Vs and the "higher" price on 2-3 year old used cars vs the price of a new vehicle. Josh was always quick to respond to our email questions and answered the phone every time we called. He was, by far, the most pleasant sales person we have worked with and we really appreciated his willingness to help us explore all of our options. We feel he was very honest with us, and did not doubt his sincerity at all. Josh was an abosolute pleasure to work with.

We got great customer service from Josh Handelsman. He was very friendly & made our buying experience very easy. Everyone at the dealership, including the finance person, was just so friendly & helpful with any questions we had. I gave the dealership and the 2 Salesmen my wife and I dealt with 5 stars because they made buying out first NEW car simple and smooth. They helped to work around our work schedules and what made it even more important was they treated my children with utmost respect!
