We have been faithful WRT customers for over 30 years dating back to when it was “Tri-Nordic.” Having just purchased another vehicle from them, we wanted to thank and commend their excellent, personal, f dating back to when it was “Tri-Nordic.” Having just purchased another vehicle from them, we wanted to thank and commend their excellent, personal, friendly staff. In particular Josh Harrington who patiently guided us through the new system of ordering just the right car. His calm smile was sincere and never wavered, he called and emailed as we waited for the car to be built, and he put up with my incessant, and probably annoying, questions when it arrived. He is a true asset to WRT and we know how lucky we were to work with him. We must also give a shout-out to Chris Hatch, who quickly and painlessly got us through the final paperwork. One may need a cup of coffee to keep up with him, but he could not be more pleasant. All in all, we thoroughly believe in WRT and are grateful they are within driving distance! More

We actually went in to White River Toyota looking for the sales person we had before to find out he moved up to finance, Hannah stepped up and asked if she could help us instead, we were hesitant and like sales person we had before to find out he moved up to finance, Hannah stepped up and asked if she could help us instead, we were hesitant and like anyone else, don't like change, but we gave her a shot. We looked around and they didn't have what exactly we wanted. Wife and I told her if we find something we will let her know and went on our way. We decided on and 2023 highlander in black , we called Hannah, gave her the specs, and it was ordered. Along the way the wife wanted to see a ruby flare pearl in person, so she goes to another dealership and looked at one. The salesman there was not respectful and the wife doesn't put up with that so we called Hannah back up and told her what happened and Hannah was more than happy to accommodate our wants, so she put in the request to cancel the black highlander and ordered us a ruby flare pearl!! Bottom line, Hannah is down to earth, treats people with respect, and honestly we will be back there to buy another from Hannah, hoping she is still there when we trade again. Thanks again More
