My husband was shopping for a new truck,F-250, and stumpled upon Josh Holbrook. Josh was truly like finding a diamond in the rough. He is a "No BS" salesman and truly has gone out of his way during the process. We were so happy with our experience, our son & daughter in law recently bought an Edge from Josh and our daughter will be going to see him when she's ready for a new vehicle.

My husband and I have bought our first Ford vehicles from Chris Boan back in 2000, when he was in sales at Alan Ford, and from day one he treated us like family, he was very good to us and my husband is very hard to please and that something that Chris overcame with him, we have purchase nine vehicles from Ford, when Chris move from Alan Ford to Szott we came with him and even though he is not in sales anymore he makes sure we are well taken care of when do come in for service and or when our lease is up on our vehicles he is there for us. And he recommend a awsome sales person for us Josh Holbrook he is wonderful to and look for him with my next vechicle.
Everyone at Szott Ford is very friendly and service department is great to.

My husband and I began buying our vehicles through Chris Boan years ago before he was a Szott Ford employee. When Chris made the move to Szott Ford there was no doubt in our minds that we would transition to Szott Ford with the purchase of our next Ford vehicle because of the great customer service we have received over the years. We know we can always count on Chris. When Chris became Finance Director he introduced us to another amazing salesman Josh Holbrook. We recently bought our second vehicle through Josh Holbrook once again receiving exemplary customer service. Chris and Josh are the reason we continue to buy all our Ford vehicles at Szott Ford and highly recommend Szott Ford of Holy, MI to all of our friends and family.

My Review of Szott Ford:
I've been "internet" shopping for my new car. I have very limited time to devote to this and running around from dealership to dealership to look and have conversations with salesmen wanting me to "buy it today" just isn't possible. I was actually rather surprised to get the same type of treatment via email from some places. Not here! Josh was FABULOUS. Really and truly. He never once insisted that I need to come in to get questions answered. He thoroughly answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. Some other Ford dealer in the area didn't answer simple questions, just wanted me to schedule a test drive and would talk then. No thanks. Josh has won me as a customer. I already know the service department is great since I've taken my current truck in there for service and they've been efficient and reasonable. Win - win! Can't go wrong with Szott Ford in my opinion.

Out experience with Szott Ford was great. Our salesmane was Josh Holbrook, and he was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeble about the car we were interested in. There was no feeling of being "pushed", but that he was there to make us well informed and happy with the decision that we made. We love our car!

My Review of Szott Ford:
Having dealt with with this delaer many times in the past, I have come to expect excellent service. What was unique about this experience, was that the dealer knew I was unhappy with a vehicle I had purchased from another manufacturer (Jeep)and they contacted me and offered to do their best to trade me out of that vehicle and into a new Ford. Not only were they successful in getting me out of that Jeep and the long term finance plan, but they actually LOWERED my payment and shortered my term to a 36 month lease instead of a 72 month purchase. The best part is my new Ford Edge is absolutely loaded with features and is so much more comfortable. I don't know if "Completely Satisfied" can truly describe how happy I am with this experience. Thank you Szott Ford!!!

An employee's contact with the public is essentially the "face" of that business as far as the customer is concerned. Though I have lived in Holly over 35 years, I have never done business with Szott Ford before. Due to the wonderful care and concern of my salesman, Josh, I not only had a great experience, I know I would go back to Szott again.

Josh was polite, informative, and charismatic. I didn't feel pressured or manipulated in any way. When I changed my mind about the color at the last moment, he was great. He took plenty of time to go over all the features and waited until he was sure that I understood how to operate them. From beginning to end it was a positive enjoyable experience.
