He records a virtual video walk-around of the vehicle and resolves all of my concerns about vehicle condition. It feels as I am there looking at the vehicle in person. Superb salesmanship. Hector is a great guy to deal with; really smart and an active listener. Ask for him. My deal manager is Joshua Ingram. This man actually picks up his phone, if he is available, and does not screen calls. He gets to the matters at hand and does not waste time. Accessible and very quick to offer me full disclosure before I commit. I'm totally happy with the deal.  It is a great deal and this is an honest dealership. First I traded in my f150 and they gave me 17,000$ for and that was the most they could give. Then put it on their lot for 25,000$ the next day. Traded in for a Ford mustang. Test drove it and told the and that was the most they could give. Then put it on their lot for 25,000$ the next day. Traded in for a Ford mustang. Test drove it and told them the suspension seemed bad. Told me oh it’s just the brakes and wheels need balanced. Said they were having it fixed and convinced me into buying it. It ended up having blown suspension. Took it back the next day to have it looked at and fixed. Gave it back the next day with the same problems. After that gave me the run around and would do nothing to help me! Took it to a shop and spent 3,700 on suspension! Then had to have the convertible top replaced from their upholstery shop doing a bad back window repair. The general sale manger was condescending and tried to tell me they lost money on the truck and was told well you bough an as is car. Said they would make it right but did everything they could to brush me and the problem aside. If you want top dollar for your trade and looking for a good used car avoid this place at all cost! Five star Ford nrh is no better than a tote the note dealership! More

Few sales people come to my mind when I think about all the cars I have bought but Joselyn didn't just sell me a F150, she sold herself as a friendly, caring individual that made me and my wife feel special. The sale took 30 days to complete with many test drives and several different cars. Through the whole process Joselyn never lost patience with us and always made herself available to answer every question. By the time the sale was closed, she was no longer just a salesperson to us but a close friend.
