I came across Spitzer Mitsubishi while searching for a quality used SUV with lots of options. I was so impressed with this dealer because they had a great selection of vehicles that caught my eye which saved me from having to drive around to multiple dealers, and their pricing was very low compared to other dealers. I called in to confirm availability and they told me they could have the vehicles warmed up for me when I arrived. When I got there my salesman Josh Petrella had the 2 vehicles I wanted warmed up and in the garage as promised. He answered all of my questions and gave me the background on the vehicles. During the test drive, he was helpful and friendly but not pushy which I appreciated!! I ended up deciding on an SUV I liked and they got my financing arranged despite some credit challenges in the past and just made everything very easy for me. Josh even worked out adding some extra accessories that I wanted to the vehicle at a very affordable price. They were very aggressive on my trade in value and gave me a very good value... and on top of that, based on my research of the market, the vehicle I purchased was priced very low as well so overall I got a GREAT deal! And trust me when I say I did my homework before going in to purchase!
 
I highly recommend Josh and the whole team at Spitzer Mitsubishi! Mike in Finance was very helpful and even the Managers made a point to say hello and make sure I was being taken care of. This is the kind of dealership that you want to go back to again because they make the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Spitzer Mitsubishi, even if you're just in the research stage, they've very easy to work with and will help you find exactly the right vehicle!

I had an absolutely phenomenal purchase experience at Spitzer Mitsubishi, perhaps the best I have had in my 7 -8x purchasing a vehicle. I received great reception when I initially called in to inquire about the vehicle and I was invited to come on in. My sales professional, Josh, immediately greeted my daughter and I at the door and offered us a seat and some coffee. While we were comfortable, he pulled the car around and into the service garage for a viewing so that we didn't have to stand out in the elements and thereafter we had a great test drive on the highway. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which was impressive and asked alot of great questions about my purchase decision. When we returned to the office to work the numbers for the sale of the vehicle and my trade, he was honest and extremely straight forward. In general, the dealership has a great process which made it evident that they always worked as a family/team. Josh estimated the trade value on the computer while the big boss test drove my vehicle to observe defects. When we were ready to fully quantify, the Finance Manager stepped in, made an initial offer and was very warm to negotiating to a comfortable figure. So much so that my daughter and I gave a thumbs up on the deal that day. As my daughter sipped her hot chocolate and doodled, we very quickly closed the deal. I can't say enough aside from these were some great guys, who bottom-line wanted to provide the best service, the vehicle of choice, at the absolute right price.
