Our daughter needed a car quickly due to a car wreck. We found several online and call the North Richland Hills dealership and spoke to Juan. Unfortunately, Juan became ill right before we were to come pick up the vehicle (we live 300 miles away), but he contacted us and set us up with Hector in sales. Hector was absolutely stellar in making us feel welcome, explaining the car and its features, and helping us get everything finalized. We never felt rushed or uninformed at anytime through the whole process. We had a top notch experience with Juan and Hector and they have a customer for life with us. More

Juan Hernandez was absolutely the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. He was so patient, explained everything very well and very courteous and kind. He was the BEST! Tut Edwards was also the best finance manager that I have ever dealt with. He too was very patient and kind. Tut explained everything to me as well and it was a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend these two awesome gentlemen to anyone that is looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. I had my autistic teenage grandson with me that afternoon and evening, along with my mom, and it was difficult for my grandson to be there because it was out of his normal routine. I had to attend to my grandson many times throughout the time we were there to lease a vehicle and both Juan and Tut were so very kind and patient and very understanding of our unique situation.
