Justin Hoffman was very nice! He was straight forward and not pushy. We felt comfortable asking questions and telling him what we were looking for in a vehicle. My brother purchased a car last month (new) from Justin and gave such good reviews that when I found myself needing a car I knew right where to go. Justin did a fantastic job finding what we needed and not just giving us what he had. He acknowledged my budget and advised what he believed would work for myself and my fiance. He was incredibly professional yet made us very comfortable. This was the first car that I have purchased from a dealership and this will be the place I turn for future purchases. I let Justin know that I am looking at getting a truck down the road and that I will return to him. It is nice to know you can trust someone to find what you need, not just what they need to sell. We rated this dealership (and Justin) highly because of his great customer service and down to earth personality. We first purchased a used vehicle and then used their trade-back policy to purchase a brand new car. Justin helped us through the process of "trading" vehicles and was clear with terms, etc. I would recommend Justin as a sales agent if you are looking for a new/used vehicle.

I just wanted to test drive an Elantra GT, since I was shopping some other brands. Justin Hoffman was the sales representatve assigned to helping me. He made sure I was able to drive the exact car I was interested in purchasing. When we returned from the test drive, he had my trade in appraised and then offered me a deal. Although it was a fair deal I was not ready to purchase, since I wanted to drive some other cars to make sure the Elantra was the right car for me. He called me the next morning and after driving some of the competition, I decided that the Elantra was the best car and value for me. It was a painless experience. I love my new Elantra GT!

We arrived early to the dealership. Justin greeted us outside and asked if we needed assistance. I informed him which new car price range I was interested in purchasing on this day. Justin showed me a few cars, then offered a test ride on the one I was interested in buying. Justin was very professional and easy to talk to, as well as very informative. Justin went over every detail of the purchase as well as answered my specific questions. Justin was very efficient and this allowed me to complete the purchase in a very timely manner. I have dealt with many sales associates over the years, including family members in the car industry and I give Justin the highest marks possible. I will be back to purchase a car for my wife in the very near future and will make sure Justin is available on that day. Great job!!!!!!!!!!
