I would recommend Paul Cerame Ford to all my friends and family. The customer service that I received was superior. Justin Phillips was very courteous and knowledgeable and made my car purchase process go smoothly. All the staff were friendly from the second that I came in the door. I had a great experience at Paul Cerame starting with the salesmen Justin Phillips. Found what I wanted and from there it didn't take long to drive off the lot. I would recommend the salesmen and dealership to anybody.

I had been looking for a car and it kept not working out. Either the car note was too high or they wouldn't give me enough for my trade in. Then I found Justin, he was great. He gave me what I needed for my trade in and I got the car I actually wanted for a great price. I felt Justin was honest with me and overall just a great guy.

Went to another dealership and they kept giving me the run around for about a week because I don't have A one credit. Was given Justin's number gave him a call on Friday submitted an application and got a car Today. Justin is very nice, good listener, and honest. Will recommend everyone to go see him.

Justin P did a great job of reaching out to me via email as I used the internet to find the car I wanted. Even after I told him I was looking at another dealership and working on a deal with them. He told me if he could do more to earn my business he was willing and if the deal didn't work (which it DIDN"T!) to please keep Paul Cerame in mind. He worked with me to come up with what I feel was a fare deal.

I also liked your finance department Bob I believe was his name. He found me two differnent options to choose between and let it up entirely to me as to which one I picked. I also appreciate the fact that your dealership does not charge a DOC fee for the loan paperwork. Very nice, no surprises that way after the deal is complete.

I will recommend Paul Cerame to my family and friends.

Justin, our salesman worked very hard to meet our needs with buying a vehicle. He was positive and and made us feel at ease. He's kept his word and that means volumes these days. Joe Ford worked the financial end and was very helpful and gave us good information. The best thing was that they listened to us and worked very hard to help us get the vehicle we needed.
