We loved the way the staff at Jack Daniels treated us from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Our sales person, Justin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Justin was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He has great communication skills and follows through with his work. Overall I got a great deal on the car that I wanted, and Justin made sure everything went smoothly.

Also, Brandon the finance guy was great at explaining all the little details, and was comfortable to work with.

There was another man who was also involved with the deal, he made the "deal" happen and worked with the trade in and the final price. I forget his name, but he was understanding cool to talk with as well.

Ive been to other dealers before, and this is not my first purchase of a new or a used car. I'd say that everyone was fair, gentle and not "pushy", informative, reasonable, and professional.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking to purchase a VW.

I am happy with the vehicle I purchased; the salesman talked me into getting the better model and I do not think I would have been happy with the "base" model that I was originally considering.

My son went with my daughter to help her buy a new car and they visited many dealerships and had experiences that were less than satisfactory. Then then went to Jack Daniels and met Justin Pinton. He was so helpful and knowledgable. He made the entire experience a pleasure. They came home with such high praise for him. There was no pressure, just knowledge and answers and accomodation. My daughter found a car she loved and Justin handled all the details with no issue. I went along when she picked up her car and when I met Justin, I could see why they praised him. He is a great salesperson and we were very appreciative. Thanks Justin. We will definately send our friends to you and will be back for our next car.

Justin Pinton, and Jack Daniels Volkswagen in general, is a fantastic place to buy a new car. We bought our second car from them, via Justin, late in 2012 and could not be happier. Honesty, no-pressure sales tactics, and a genuine desire to help the customer are what set them apart. I HIGHLY recommend Justin.

Not only did Justin answered all my questions when I was buying the car he continues to email me and help me past the sale, he even went out of his way to help me get my refund on my previous cars extended warranty...Justin did such a great job I had my sister buy a car from him!

I am on my third lease car from Vw, from 2 different dealerships my 2 previous cars were from Vw in englewood cliffs on 9w,even though I didn't have an issue with the sales people as expected they want to sell you the car they have to be nice to you my problem was with their service dept,the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with,I dreaded going for oil changes,when i was at the end of my lease since I love volkswagens I decided to go to jack Daniels,I got a warm greeting from the sales people they were not pushy in any way we had Justin pinton for a sales person,He was professional courteous needless to say I'm on my third Vw :) I recommend jack Daniels to everyone.

While looking for my car I went to several dealerships non had the integrity that Jack Daniels did. There was always a run around for a price and so on. Justin was very straight forward, accommodating, and knowledgable. I look forward to working with you again for my next car and have already recommended some friends of mine stop in.
