My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I had a GREAT experience purchasing my used vehicle from Andrew Toyota. This was my second purchase with Andrew Toyota and by far exceeded my original standards with the dealership. They were very willing to work with me on getting the best possible deal, without pushing me in a corner. Since I had to do the purchase in a quick timeframe, they got the paperwork together timely, and effectively. I would definately recommend Andrew Toyota for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We have taken our newer Corolla to Andrew Toyota and find the service experience to be very pleasant. The waiting area is as clean, bright, and comfortable as they come, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It is a great place to wait for a car to be serviced, and the shuttle ride is convenient if you don't want to wait. I have all good things to say about my service experience at Andrew Toyota and feel happy that there is such a nice place to take my Corolla when it (infrequently) needs service.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
During the confusion of the gas pedal recall, I called K.C Han Sales Manager at Andrews Toyota. I found his direct dial number on the Andrews web site and he answered the phone. I expressed my concerns. Less than 45 minutes after we hung up, Dwayne from Andrews service called asking when I could bring my vehicle in. The appointment was set for 6pm. Less than 6 hours after my first call. I was not amazed at how quickly KC and Andrews addressed, resolved, and repaired the recall item on my 2010 Rav 4. After all it’s Andrews and that's the way they do business.

On my drive home that night and during my commute to work the next morning, there was a noticeable difference in the performance of the vehicle which makes me feel confident that the issue has been resolved.

I purchased my first Toyota long bed pick-up in 1985. I have owned 4 since then, my wife 3 and stepdaughter 2. I have done business with 3 other Toyota dealers in the Metro Milwaukee Area and 1 in Metro Phoenix. They all look the similar from the outside, all that red and white, but what is noticeably different is what happens on the inside. That is why my wife and I drive across town to an out of the way location and our glad we had the option to choose Andrews Toyota and think you should too.

Andrew Toyota-Scion has great customer service and the workers are very friendly and customer driven. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. Demetrius F. was very nice and pleasant to work with. I was able to get the car that I wanted along with a monthly car note that I can afford.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
This was my very first automobile purchase and I was nervous about the whole experience
of buying a car. My mother suggested I visit Andrew Toyota because she had had positive experiences with this dealership. Initially I was hesitant because I wanted
an Accord; but after test-driving this car and feeling like I was being pressured by
the salesman to purchase a car that I didn't like, I followed her advice. Listening
to one's mother is always a good idea. Mom was right. I never felt pressured into
making an immediate decision regarding buying a new car. The gentlemen who helped me,
K.C. Han and Peter Klein, were (and are) exceptional! They made me feel comfortable
right from the start. They were knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient with
me. I never felt pressured to make an immediate purchase. They encouraged me to try
different versions of the Camry, and to take my time when I went driving the cars.
Options were clearly explained and they made me feel special. The Camry pretty much
sold itself, but these two men made the experience of buying a new car a stress-free
experience. I bought a 2010 Camry from this dealership. I even was introduced to the owner of the dealership, Andy. It is because of KC and Peter that I am now driving a
car that is really choice! Always listen to your Mother.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We had to make a second trip to Andrews this summer to buy a car as we had an accident that totaled the first one we bought (first accident in 41 years of driving). We had worked with Porter Bell for our first purchase of the summer and were impressed by his attentiveness and his exceptionally calm and pleasant demeanor. He worked very hard the during our first purchase to make the deal affordable for us as we are dealing with a layoff and a shrunken income. We were very happy with our purchase and thought that both Porter and the general manager, K.C. Han, had been very fair and interested in keeping our regular business.

The second deal came on the heels of the Cash for Clunkers sale. We wanted to work with Porter again. We were looking for a good used car that met our criteria and because so much had been sold off the lot during the sale, it was not easy. We found a car that would have been acceptable and, again, Porter did his best to make the car more appealing to us by assuring us that some cosmetic adjustments would easily be made. Meanwhile, John Moore, the sales manager was looking for a Yaris for us because that is what we had lost in the accident and what we really wanted. Again, Porter was attentive and called us with frequent updates on procuring the Yaris. Amazingly, they were able to pull one in from out of state for us at excellent financing!

We really can't say enough good about Andrews. We have used them for servicing all of our cars. The service department is great.
We feel that the entire dealership really cares about their customers and they do everything possible to make them happy and feel that their business is valued.

I purchased an 09 prius from andrew toyota. I dealt with the general manager (KC) and Charles in sales. I would highly suggest andrew toyota to any friends/family. It was a great, hassle free experience that other dealerships should learn to imitate.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We have been dealing w/Andrew Toyota since 1992, I believe, when we bought our 1992 Toyota pickup truck, our first vehicle. We found KC Hahn to be very professional and upfront when we leased our second vehicle, a 1998 Corolla. Since then, we have purchased a 1999 Sienna from another dealership but have it service at Andrew. Their service has been exemplery on all 3 of our vehicles and their customer service has been nothing short of professional, courteous, informative, and helpful. I am a mother of 3 kids and the shuttle service to and from home has been a lifesaver for me. Thanks!
