My name is Karen Rowe and I am the Finance Director here at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion and Elk Grove Kia. I have been with the company since 1984. My team and I are all Master Certified Finance Services Managers trained through the Toyota University. Each year we attend classes to maintain our Master Certified certification. Our goal is to offer a customer friendly and informative financial services process. We want the process to be customer centered and geared towards each of our customers needs.

My Review Of Elk Grove Toyota - Elk Grove CA:

Jeremy took great care of us, actually he took such great care of us we ended up buying two(!!) cars in less than a month from Elk Grove Toyota. Like many others, I've had my ups and downs in buying cars over the past few years. Jeremy was honest, patiently worked with us, and I always felt as if he had our best interests in mind both times.

When we bought our second car earlier this week my wife was there solo and had a tough time getting our car seat out of the car we traded in. Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty and help my wife get that blasted car seat out too.

Even though we live in Roseville, both our parents live out in Elk Grove and we plan on giving our maintenance business to Elk Grove Toyota when we're in town as a way of saying thanks for the great deal and personal customer service.

My Review Of Elk Grove Toyota - Elk Grove CA:

Everyone in the Fleet team was great and easy to work with and addressed our concerns promptly and with care. Karen was extremely helpful with our financing questions and made us feel completely at ease and got us a fantastic financing rate! Will certainly go back when looking for another Toyota.
