My name is Karen Rowe and I am the Finance Director here at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion and Elk Grove Kia. I have been with the company since 1984. My team and I are all Master Certified Finance Services Managers trained through the Toyota University. Each year we attend classes to maintain our Master Certified certification.
