Karen Shepherd at McCluskey Chevrolet

My husband and I just bought a used car from McClusky Chevrolet at Kings Auto Mall. This was the 3rd car we bought from them in 16 months. Karen Shepherd was the person who sold us all three cars. She will be the person, and McClusky will be the place we go to for all our future vehicle needs! They take such good care of us, and I highly recommend them, they are wonderful!

This is the second car I have bought from McClusky Chevrolet and Karen Shepherd in 10 months.Last July I bought a new Malibu and just bought a used car from her this week. Karen is so personable and really takes the time to listen to us and help us find the car we want. I told Karen when I was leaving that she has to sell cars forever so I can keep coming back to her! She is wonderful!

I was assisted by an online sales representative by the name of Karen Shepherd. I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and purchasing the vehicle through an online sales rep was interesting but resulted in an outstanding sale.

I began with the online chevrolet, build your own feature. It was not able to find me a 100% match for my car of choice with all features. So I sent Chevrolet and email and 24 hours later they gave me a list of 5 dealerships, McCluskey being the first of their options, so I inquired about their 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, reviewing the website and seeing the car I wanted.

Shortly after I received numerous inquisitive and informative emails from Miss Karen as well as invoice information, discount information, specific vehicle pictures and current condition, it having been a demo. She was very attentive to my needs and dealt with all of my concerns in a timely manner. Her assistance and guidance she gave my wife with the Power of Attorney to purchase the car was perfect. Once my wife arrived in Cincinnati she was greeted warmly and with a smile. All in all I give a heart felt thanks and a debt of gratitude to Karen Shepherd and McCluskey Chevrolet for making sure all my needs and wants where met without any hidden agenda, costs, manipulation, coercion of any kind. Great financing opportunity was forded to me as well as attention to detail on the vehicle.

McCluskey also was able to offer me the lowest price on the vehicle and final OTD (out the door) price before any credit checks, employment or personnal information in comparison to a local dealer in my hometown as well as 2 others that had the specific car I was looking for. Great customer service, below kbb value for the car which was phenomenal on a fully loaded new car, extremely receptive and friendly.

I had been looking around the area trying to find information on the new 2012 Cruze. Karen was the most helpful person I spoke to. She turned a bad experience into a great experience. She was able to get me the information no one else would; and helped me get my car ordered hassle free.

The car came in well ahead of the schedule and Karen worked with my schedule to get everything finalized. She answered my emails promptly and even when she wasn't working.

I would absolutely recommend McCluskey Chevrolet (and Karen) to anyone looking for a new car.

Karen and Victoria were GREAT! I was there to purchase a useed vehicle and told them my needs. We looked at a few and they showed mr the 2011 Chevy Cruze, It fit all of my needs and was a great price. I was a little apprehensive about buying a brand new car, but they both worked with me endlessly and got me financed and I am estatic about the new car I am driving and very pleased with the experiance that I had at McCluskey Chevy.

Karen made it such a pleasure to buy a new car at McClusky Chevrolet. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and she worked hard to get us a good deal on our trade in. She got us the color car we wanted and had it there super quick even though it had to come from another dealership. She did a great job of explaining everything to us and showed us how everything worked in our new car and where everything was located. She answered every question we had. She was wonderful and I hope I have the pleasure of doing business with her again someday!

One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had. Our salesperson was Karen Shepherd and she went out of her way to educate us on the vehicles, available rebates, warranty options, service hours, etc.. We test drove 3 different vehicles over a period of 4 days. On the day we actually purchased a vehicle, it was "dealer prepped" and all paper work completed in about 2 hours. Very open about pricing and financing.

It was a pleasure working out the details with Karen for the purchase of a new Chevy Cruze for my wife. She was very professional and knowledgable about the the Cruze. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new or used Chevy. No high pressure sales. Just honest responds to questions ask.

I am going out of town for the Holiday weekend, Karen made sure I got in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I was greeted promptly when I arrived, my car was taken in right away and it was complete sooner than time given.

Tim has worked with me a couple different times now and he goes above and beyond, he kept me informed the whole time I was waiting. I also needed a part for my Husband's truck and he sent somebody out to pick it up from the Dodge Dealer while I waited.

I could not ask for a better service experience!
