I wanted to get a new car because my old Toyota was just getting old. I loved my old Toyota, and it stayed with me for a long time, but I was ready for an upgrade and a technologically up-to-date car. I did a lot of research and came into the dealership my friend had recommended ready to hackle out the price and such. To my surprise, Karo Hovsepyan was so helpful and friendly and made this car buying process the most pleasant I have ever had. I am so happy with my new car, and with the customer service I received at Hamer Toyota. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to Karo for their next car! Thank you!

I just bought new car at Hamer toyota it was a verry good expiriance from the moment i drove up Karo was there to greet us, it was raining so he was there with his ubrella. I would recommend this dealer becouse they took the time to answer all my questions and the most important thing i was not rushed.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to express both mine and my husband's gratitude for the friendliest and most professionals manner your dealership. Extended to us. I have had our Salesperson Karo took his time with us and was patient to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The Finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, with expert care and professionalism.
